Camry's pov

I didn't know what to do with my life anymore. I felt so empty without Jack in my life. He was my best friend, and now he's gone. I sighed and rolled out of bed. I walked to my bathroom and washed my face. I decided to actually get out of the house today. I threw on a gray t-shirt and a jean jacket over that with black ripped jeans. I put on my checkered slip on vans along with it. I went back to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. I threw my hair up in a messy bun then decided to look good for myself. I did my makeup: foundation, concealer, contour, highlight, eyebrows, mascara, neutral eyeshadow, and winged eyeliner. I took my hair out of the messy bun and straightened it. My hair was getting really long. It almost reached my waistline. I needed a change. Then I remembered my camera I had bought to start my YouTube channel. I went back to my room and grabbed it and pressed record.

"Hey, guys. I am... doing something crazy," I raised my eyebrows. "I've decided that I'm going to dye my hair so I'm going to take you guys with me."

I shut off the camera and hopped in my car. I had to figure out where to set it up in my car. I searched for a good 10 minutes then finally got it to stay in one spot. I turned it back on while I plugged my phone up to the aux cord.

"It's going to be a good twenty minute drive to the hair salon so... we're going to jam out until we get there," I said.

I played my most recent playlist. I jammed out until I got about halfway and stopped at a red light. I turned my music off.

"Okay. I know I did a livestream on this topic, but I figured I should just address this in this video just to be sure," I started. "I reached out to Jack, and we are not even friends as of right now. Yes, I'm still in contact with the other guys and Val. I'm still very close with them, actually. Yes, I do miss Jack. Yes, I still support him and the band. Jack and I are not on good terms right now, and that's all. Just had to clear the air."

I turned off my camera until I finally got to the hair salon. I just had to think about things. I sat in the parking lot for a good 10 minutes. I turned my camera back on.

"So... I'm chilling in my car right now, kinda freaking out," I sighed.

I paused for a minute.

"Screw it. Let's do it," I shrugged and grabbed my camera before getting out of my car.

I walked inside and told the lady at the desk what I wanted and she said there was a five minute wait. I nodded and went to sit in one of the chairs. A few minutes passed, and a lady walked up.

"Camry?" she asked.

"That's me," I smiled and stood up to follow her.

"So, explain to me how much you want dyed," she said as she ran a brush through my hair.

"I was thinking like an ombré style. Not too high up, but not too low, ya know?" I was terrible at explaining things.

"I gotcha, sweetie," she winked.

It took about 2 hours for the whole process. Once it was done, I hopped back in my car and set up my camera again. I turned it on and sat there for a few seconds.

"Guys..." I said. "I actually did it..."

I stared at myself in the view finder.

"My hair is pink!" I squealed.

I loved it so much. I drove to Starbucks and rambled about me now having pink hair. I went through the drive-thru and got myself a tea.

"Should I go to the Why Don't We house?" I asked myself and debated as I sat in the Starbucks parking lot. "You know... I'm going to take picture for Instagram, then we will see about going to the Why Don't We house."

I was halfway back to my house when I decided on something else.

"We're making another change," I said as I made a quick u-turn.

I walked inside to the shop without my camera and got in and out. I turned my camera back on once I got back in the car.

"That hurt like hell," I cringed thinking of the pain. "But ya girl got a nose ring!"

I was so excited about me changing my appearance. I really need this change in my life. I drove back to my house to take a picture to post on my Instagram.

I needed a change in my life, so I dyed my hair. No better change than dying your hair! ❌🧢

After I posted that, I decided to drive to the Why Don't We house. As soon as of got there, I heard singing. I walked in without knocking. The guys were harmonizing with Val. Jack eyed me and messed up the harmony and stopped singing to clear his throat.

"Camry!" Val yelled as she looked over to see me and gasped. "Your hair! You got your nose pierced?!"

I grinned uncontrollably.

"It looks amazing!" she twirled my hair around.

"You really do look great," Daniel nodded.

"I love the hair," Jonah added.

"Yo, can I dye my hair pink?" Zach walked up.

Everyone busted out laughing. Jack had disappeared. Corbyn ruffled my hair and got it messed up.

"Wow, thanks, Bean," I laughed.

"No prob. I like the nose ring a lot," he smiled.

I smiled innocently.

"Ya know, I just needed a change," I shrugged.
