MAGNUS ISN'T ALLOWED TO USE MAGIC BECAUSE ALEC WANTA HIM TO BE PREPARED FOR EVERYTHING. EVEN IF MAGNUS ISN'T USING HIS MAGIC, HE STILL KICKS ALEC'S ASS BECAUSE HELLO! HE'S MAGNUS FUCKING BANE!
