I was in English class and we just got back from the library to check out a book. We were supposed to do a webquest for the class and to finish it by midnight tonight. Somehow the conversation between my two friends and I suddenly escalated towards how the guy friend felt about me.

"I thought you were attractive when we first met, only for about two days until that went away." Lies.

My other friend told me to check my Gmail. So I did. It said, "DO NOT TELL HIM- HE LIKES YOU."

In all caps. But I just want to keep the names private okay.

Anyway, he was acting all emo because he was worried that he ruined our friendship. I kept on reassuring him that I was fine. No one ever admitted something like that to me so yeah I was a little shocked. He was hesitant to ask me out, but did. I was like, "Maybe..."

You know how strict Dads can get, so I was not sure of what to do. I hurried to Math class, which was my last class of the day and we did a few problems before doing a Brain Break. I was nervous and I could feel the nervous pit in my stomach bubble. I wanted to ask my Math teacher for advice.

I raised my hand and she finally called on me. I asked her if I could talk to her privately in the hallway and she agreed.

Once we were in the hallway, I told her my side of the story. Without telling any names of course cause that would be embarrassing for them.

"I think you should honor your parent's values and say that you still want to be friends. But say that the values are also your own." Were along the lines of what she said.

I thanked her for the help, even though I was still nervous.

"I wish you luck because that conversation would be awkward." She said.

"Yeah it would." I replied as I walked in the classroom once again.

After class, I got my phone out and tried to text him as I walked to the front. As I walked through the first set of doors the guy scared me.

"I was just about to text you." I laughed.

He told me that he brought a friend of his with him, that already knew. Before I could say anything he ran away already knowing the answer.

I felt so bad for hurting his feelings. I still do feel bad. I just dread when I have to see him again on Monday...

(Well that's the story. And for all this, I will be doing a special imagine for you guys! Tell me ideas and I will do some of it and you'll get a shout out! Thank you for listening to the story. I really needed to get it off my chest.)
