~ Jackie's POV ~

Being in Charlotte's arms felt so comforting... I don't know how long we've been sitting here. But I could feel more pain as the memories run by...

~ Two Years Ago ~

I looked in the mirror as I finished curling my hair, I spin around once and smiled at my reflection. Coming down the stairs, my parents looked at me and smiling. I grinned widely and grabbed my purse I decided to take for today.

"And?" I asked, spinning around so my parents could see the nice dark blue dress I decided to wear today.

"You look amazing sweetie." My dad smiled, "Are we ready?" He asked.

"Yeah," my mom said and we all walked out to the car.

I decided to take my own, just in case. We both drove to the building, with my dad driving in the lead as I followed his car tail. Arriving at the building no longer than half an hour later, we parked the car in one of the parking spots and met up with Charlotte's family. They had called me to find where they were sitting. After a bit of a walk to the building we all met up and took our seats in a nice viewed area.

When the three hour ceremony ended, we exited the room and found Charlotte, in her beautiful graduation gown and cap, standing and talking to a few friends. She gave us the widest grin when we approached her and I had handed her the flowers my mom had given me, telling me that I should be the one to specifically hand her the flowers. And like the family, we took billions of photos, I feel like I was going to go blind with all the flashes going off, one after the other.

I stood admiring her smile, the curls of her blonde hair, the shiny gown and cap, I couldn't help but feel the nerves of my body leaving me. She came over to me after all the photos and hugged me.

"You look great." She added.

"Thanks, so do you." I said, "Congratulations."

"Thank you." She said, pulling me into another hug.

We heard the flash go off and couldn't help but giggle and look up at my dad, "What? I got to capture this moment." He defended.

When we had finished taking all those multiple photos and videos, we all took our car back to Charlotte's house to have a little graduation party to celebrate. We all arrived at about the same time and I could see her friends and all arriving as well. The house got crowded by the minutes and in no time, the whole house was filled to about sixty or seventy people.

I sat outside, drinking a can of Coke, sitting and watching the evening sky and the setting of the sun. I took a glance over at Charlotte who was sitting with a group of girls who were all graduates today, sometimes I would see some family members walking up to her and saying 'congrats' to all of them. I'm trying to have a nice time, knowing that I'll be moving to Seattle, Washington on Sunday, and today was Friday. Finishing my can, I got up to dispose of it in the recycling. Walking in with my purse to grab a bite. My mind is fill with so much thought and nervousness in me. I still have that tiny amount of confidence left but who knows how long that will last.

Meaning I should do the thing now, otherwise, I could coward back later. Knowing the best way to do this, I find Mrs. Evans in the kitchen.
