Chai felt so worthless.
He was failing most of his classes and the teachers weren't ashamed of pointing it out.
'Just look at Mug, he's an amazing student in fact of you'
'Why can't you be more like your brother?'
It went on like that.
Even his girlfriend left him for Mugs.
I always thought
I'd make it
But never knew I'd

Chai was irritated that now he had to go to the library to meet his newly assigned tutor.
As if he wasn't getting enough hell, now he was probably going to get shit from some rude little preppy geek.
"Excuse me" a soft voice caught his attention.
He looked up to see a pretty girl wearing dusk blue framed glasses.
"Are you Mr. Cuphead? I was told to meet him for tutoring" you said brushing your bangs to the side.
"Uh, yeah, that's me" he was surprised.
He half expected some prissy snob in pristine studious attire.
Instead you were shy and sweet.
You had a simple t-shirt with a pair of jeans, a pair of glasses rested on your cute little nose.
I feel numb

"Well, shall we get started?" you asked, a small meek smile appeared.
"Sure" Chai patted a spot next to him on the bench.
He pulled his math book out and placed it in front of him.
"Ah yes, Mr. Henry said you were struggling a lot in his class"
Chai looked down, feeling absolutely stupid beside you.
"Normally I don't have any trouble with math, I used to get passing grades. But since he reformatted the textbooks, I don't understand what I'm doing" he huffed, running his hand through his hair.
