The End (GxG) (Sequel to The Middle)

Chapter 59

-ROSE'S P.O.V-

     I hug her tightly. Holding her so close always makes my day. I love her.
"I love you too, Roro."
"Always in my head one way or another."
"Of course."
"What are your plans for the day, lovebirds?" Jamie asks.
"Have we worn out our welcome?" Zee asks.
"No. We just want to tell Tom, Jeremy, Tiff and Rox... but don't want to do it alone?" Lynn says.
"You're never alone, Lynn." Zee says.
"The only other people who don't know is NinjaSam and Abby. And I know Abby might have a freak out session." Lynn says.
"Ly.." ...Jamie's voice.. I've heard so many times....
"I'm on it."
    In an instant, Jamie is on her side, Lynn pulls her necklace off before she starts seizing. Lynn sighs as she grabs her phone and times it. I always feel useless during these but it's not new to me.
    Under a minute and Jamie stops. And as soon as she is done, Lynn pulls her into her arms and holds her. She's so wonderful for Jamie... I'm proud they're together.. proud and happy my best friend got someone who understands her.
"Guess we're not telling everyone else today."
"Lynn, try not to stress, okay? It's not good for the baby."
"You sound like your sister."
"But you know we're right."
     She nods and rests her head on Jamie's shoulder.
"I think it might be best we head out, ZZ."
     Zee nods and climbs off of me.
"Text when she wakes?" Zee asks.
"Of course." Lynn smiles, very small smile...but still a smile.
     We start to walk out. Zee gets in the car but I linger in the doorway.
"Lynn..."
"Yeah?" She looks up.
"Thank you for being her everything. You have no idea how much she truly loves you for all you do. Before me and Abby... She was so alone. She had no one that got close because they would see her like this and run. To find a love when you're so lost as she was is a miracle. So thank you for being her everything."
     Lynn smiles widely to me. "I would do anything for this woman. There is no obligation holding me here. This is my happiness. This is my home. She is my love, no matter her medical. She is perfect to me."
     I nod to her and leave. In the car, Zee's hand finds mine quickly.
"I feel the same."
"You heard?"
"Of course I did, Roro."
      I smile to her as we head home.
      Well.. sort of home.
       I found the house I really want.
        Apparently Zee wants the house too. And she suggested we can get it before the honeymoon.
        Her thumb presses lightly between my eyebrows.
"What are you thinking about so deeply that you won't let me in?"
    I kiss her cheek and pull her close to me.
"My fiancee has been a zombie since we left Jamie's."
"I haven't."
"Let me in."
       She straddles my hips and lightly cups my cheeks.
"Thinking of the future."
"So. The house? We can put an offer for it."
      I nod and smile. "I would love that. We can move in after the honeymoon."
"I can't wait to call you my wife."
"A little less than 3 months."
"Too long."
"I knooooww. I'm excited."
"I can't wait to see my sexy man in his tux."
"Is that so?"
      She leans in and pecks my lips. "Mhm."
      I put my hands to the back of her neck and her head and pull her down. Taking her beautiful lips in mine. I make the kiss slow to tease her.
      She moans against my lips to tease me back. The kiss parts when we are out of breath. She smiles against my lips.
"You know I love you, don't you, Rose?"
"Of course, babygirl."
     She kisses my cheek.
"Why do you ask, ZZ?"
"Because I never want you to forget."
"Babygirl, how could I forget? The love of my life is marrying me because she loves me."
      She smiles brightly to me. I see weariness in her eyes. I lean in and lightly kiss her cheek.
"How about my queen get some sleep?"
"That would be wonderful." She lays her head on my chest.
"I like listening to your heart as I fall asleep. Feeling you breathe in and out. It's a melody that relaxes me into slumber." She speaks but her words grow more and more sleepy. By the end of it all..."I love you so much, Roro." She gives me words I don't think I can sleep without anymore.
"I love you too, Babygirl."

"Ro?"
     I turn around and watch my bed-headed fiancee stretch. I smile.
"What're you doing?"
"Making hot choco. It's snowing pretty heavy today. Thought we could stay in, have a movie day."
"Sleep more?" She rubs her eyes.
"That too. But I made some breakfast."
     She gets up and walks over to me. Her naked sexiness walks in slow motion. Her voice snaps me back.
"Rose. I asked a question."
"Hm?"
"For one, my eyes are up here."
"But your lips aren't."
     She smacks my arm playfully.
"Okay, okay." I look into her eyes and she smiles.
"What did you make?"
      I had her a plate.
"Poptarts. You made poptarts."
      Her face dead for a second before she cracks and smiles. She lightly pecks my lips and heads back to the bed. I can't help but watch her ass sway as she walks.
"Ro."
"I'm not doing anything."
     I turn my head quickly away from her. Not even a minute that she's been awake and she already has me turned on.
"I know. Aren't I amazing?"
      I roll my eyes. "Mhm."
"Baaaabe. Eat with me. And then sleep with me."
"Do you even realise what you just said?"
"Pervert."
"I could eat you. Then definitely sleep with you."
"Rose. I'm serious. I'm tired."
     I nod. After done making the hot choco, I bring it over to the bed and hand her hers. She sips slowly. She hums to the warmth.
"You might be an asshole sometime, but you make the best hot choco ever."
"Aw. A slap in the face followed by a kiss. How sweet of you."
      She huffs and rolls her eyes. "You know I was kidding. Sort of."
"I'm an intentional ass. I like driving you crazy sometimes."
"I can tell."
"Mhm."
"Babe.. can we go back to sleep. It's too early to be up."
"Yeah. I get a new project tomorrow."
"That's great, babe. You're so ridiculously smart. And a smartass." She exaggerates.
"You know it." I wink at her and smirks.
      She kisses my cheek and puts her stuff on the nightstand. I put my stuff down before laying next to her. She quickly curls up next to me.
"Are you afraid.. to have kids?"
"No. Yes and no. I don't.. want.. anything inside me.. that isn't you."
"I understand. But eventually we'll come to that."
"And when we do, I'll be ready."
      She sighs and kisses my neck lightly as she starts to drift to sleep again.
"I love you more than you could ever possibly know..." she whispers out as she falls asleep.
"I love you too, Babygirl"
     I love my job, I do. Only thing I hate about it is that I don't get to spend all my time with her. I miss her all the time. Even when I'm with her. It's crazy.
    I'm so excited. Yet so scared. Once we are married, I won't worry about her leaving me... kind of. I think the thing I'm most scared of is spending another night without her.
    For Jamie's wedding.. me being away from her... that hurt me. But Jamie was able to get her to sleep.. Unfortunately for me, Lynn and I just watched Sam sleep. Even in her sleep she is silent, we almost thought she was dead.
     I'm not afraid right now of having Andrew. Only because I know she will be there. A night if not being with her scares me more than them sticking...up... my vagina...
    That's logic. That's good logics right there. I would applaud myself for being so stupid.
     But I never will leave her arms. And make sure she will never leave mine. Except in less than 3 months.
     I sigh lightly and try for more sleep.  But I end up in a beautiful dream.

    This isn't happening. Not happening.
"Calm down."
"Said that out loud, didn't I?"
"Yep. Calm down, Rose. Trust me, when you see her... everything will fly away. She will be the only one you see."
"That how it was with Jamie?"
"Yeah. I thought I was going to fuck up while walking down the aisle. But I didn't. I felt like I was floating. Trust me, you'll do great."
"I thought I was going to trip. Or choke and die." Jamie says as she walks in.
"And here I am. Married. In love. And ready to push you the fuck out on to the aisle."
     My dad walks in. "Come on, Rose. Let's go. Gotta walk the groom down the aisle."
"Hello, Sir." Jamie smiles.
"Seeing how we're about to be family, Jamie, it's also Jack to you."
"Alright, Jack." She pauses. "Going to go get the bride ready. See you out there, Rose."
"I'll be down to get her as soon as Rose is where she's suppose to be."
    I smile and nod to them as they leave. Lynn follows Jamie out. Their hands locked. I'm always going to be so proud for her and proud of Lynn.
    Dad takes my arm and we head out. I go down the aisle with no problem. Then all the bridesmaids walks in. Like Jamie and Lynn did, we had bestmen too. Of course being Zack and Mike.
    Then an angel... a beautiful angel walks to me. Lynn was right. My eyes only on Zee and hers locked on mine.
    The world fades away and it's just us. Who would have thought, 6 years ago just a tiny glance and a giant heart flutter would lead me to these words...
"I do." I smile to her.
