"Come in." Simon shouted through his closed door from his desk after someone had knocked on his door gently.

"Hey." Josh came in closing the door behind him and approaching the sitting blonde. "Am I disturbing you?" He asked smiling as he sat down on his bed.

Simon spun around in his chair to face him and removed his headphones from around his neck.

"You? Never." He chuckled, making Josh raise an eyebrow at him.

"Wow, who are you and what did you do to my Simon?" He joked earning an eye-roll from the blonde. "Anyway, can we talk for a bit?"

"Yeah, my video is rendering so I have time for you." He smiled and sat down next to Josh. "What's up?"

"There's something I need to tell you. No, I just feel like you should no or.. Uh... More like, I know you would listen and understand."

He was struggling to form proper sentences, but I don't blame him. Who would? Talking about such things to one of your mates was hard thing to do, not to mention that he wanted to talk to Simon about Simon himself in an insinuating way.

"Okay, go on." He gave him an encouraging smile and nodded.

"There's this someone... Somebody that I like, but I don't know what to do about it." Josh admitted, occasionly glancing at Simon's lips unintentionally as he spoke, instead of his eyes.

"Oh Josh, you don't want relationship advice from me, do you? And wow, you've been single for like, what? Two months and you already have your eyes on someone. Impressive." Simon giggled as he crossed his arms.

"No. I don't need that. And yes, but you can shut up." He also giggled a bit then said. "Seriously though, I don't know if I should tell them or not."

Simon put two fingers on his chin in a thinking manner then said. "Do you think that they might feel the same way as you do?"

"No. That's the main problem here. I don't want them to freak out." Josh's gaze wandered out the open window as Simon was inspecting him with piercing eyes.

"Why would they freak out? And hang on, you keep saying they... Is there anything else that I should know?" He wiggled his eyebrows, however Josh wasn't looking at him.

"Josh." He put a hand on his shoulder and gave it a firm, yet gentle squeez. "You can tell me anything."

"Yes. It's a guy. But only one guy. I still prefer girls in general." He finally met his eyes again, but what he was not aware of was Simon's face inches away from his. "Hi." He giggled, making Simon realise that he was invading his personal space and back away a bit.

"Sorry." He mumbled awkwardly, scratching the back of his head. "I'm so proud of you though ." He finally said as he managed to process the new information that he'd just got.

He snaked his arms around Josh, letting the latter burry his face into his chest. "So proud." He mumbled again with a sting of jealousy in his chest, as he rested his head on Josh's shoulder.

None of them wanted to let go so they remained like that for a few minutes in a comfortable silence. They rarely hugged each other but this didn't feel odd at all, rather comforting.

"Do I know him?" Simon's curiousity was more important than this hug itself.

Josh pulled away and shook his head. "Like I'm gonna tell you."

"Not fair." Simon pouted playfully and crossed his arms. "Anyway, if you don't try, you won't ever find out."

"You're right, but I don't want to mess things up with him." Josh sighed, running a hand through his hair. "He's more important to me than that."

Simon hummed in response, playing with the thought of who this could be. Tobi? No way. JJ? Nah, who am I kidding. Vik? They barely even speak. But who else could be this important to him? The blonde thought, zoning out on his friend.

"What are you puzzling about?" Josh smiled, knowing Simon well enough to notice that his brain was working hardly by the way his face showed almost no emotions.

"Huh?" Simon snapped out of it turning his full attention back to the brunette.

"What's on your mind?" Josh smiled, wanting to the questions to flow out of him.

"Okay. Put the case that the guy that you love is me. Then if I told you that nothing's wrong with that and I kissed you what would you do?"

It was a bold move from Simon that's for sure, but he needed to know if he even had a chance to be the one Josh was talking about.

This totally astonished Josh, making him freez for at least a minute.

"Kiss back." He mumbled, avoiding eye-contact with him. "Then ask you if you were willing to go out with me."

Simon nodded slowly, not entirely sure what this answer meant so he tried again. "Okay, but let's say, you don't like me but I still kiss you. What do you do?"

"Kiss back, cause I like you?" Josh turned his head back towards him and quickly covered his mouth realising that he'd just fully slipped out his secret in front of the one who he never wanted to tell.

Simon let out a relieved sigh and hugged Josh again. "Thank god. I was starting to get jealous over here, not gonna lie." He chuckled, tracing circles on Josh's back.

"What?"Josh let go of him again surprised." You like me too?"

"Of course I do." Simon shrugged like it was nothing. "For a long-ass time."

"Well then." Josh smirked and put a hand on the back of Simon's neck.

Simon got the idea and leaned in before Josh could yank his head towards him, and connected their lips together with closed eyes. They both relaxed into the kiss as their lips moved in sync, Simon's arms lazily hanging around Josh's torso. Pulling away for air, they pressed their foreheads together for a few seconds.

"Let's go deep into a world that only we can see." Josh said with a straight face, trying to hold back a laugh.

"Oh hell no." Simon said narrowing his eyes at him. "Full on boyfriends or nothing."

"I was just joking, calm down." Josh shook his head grinning then left a quick peck on the blonde's cheek. "Full on boyfriends."
