You have to read Cinema first to understand what the hell's going on. I've tried my best to make that dream turn into reality in some kinda way.
Enjoy 🙃

It was a dream all along.Simon shot up in bed, hitting snooze on his phone while his eyes were still closed. He opened them slowly, adjusting the morning light that was barely coming through his shutters. He unlocked his phone, squinting, to turn the alarm off completely, since he knew that if he would've left it on snooze he wouldn't have woken up anytime soon.
Getting up, he shook his head repeatedly, not believing that he could dream about such things. He shuffled into the bathroom and washed his face to freshen up a bit.
After doing his morning routine he started walking towards the school in a very bad mood. He didn't know why but he was pissed. Pissed at Josh for never greeting him and pissed at himself for the fact that a dream can make him furious about someone.
He didn't know the guy much that was true. Almost everything was identical of his school life in his dream, except for the guys wanting to actually hang out somewhere, not just in school.
On the bus he saw a familiar face a few rows before him. Josh. Josh, the boy he'd never wanted to see in his entire life anymore. This even sounded pathetic in his own head. Hating him for a small bad manner of his, that he'd never noticed before, was not a Simon thing to do. But of course now he had all his focus on that one thing.
He broke up with Tori about a year ago. Before they started dating he had an interest in Josh and her at the same time. They both seemed exciting, unique, funny and smart. Plus they were both good looking people. However favored by future, Tori was the one who started talking to him online not Josh. They got along pretty well. They were almost always on the same wavelink, so Simon thought why not ask her out.
But that's over now. He realised that it was never love that he'd felt towards her. It was only a flame that didn't last long.
He sighed quietly scrolling through his playlists to chose a song. After he had found a decent one he plugged in his earphones and decided to look out the window. The sun was barely up, so he couldn't see much of the landscape.
Somebody taking a seat next to him snapped him out of his trance. It was Vik his best friend who decided to surprise him and take the bus other than asking his parents to drop him off.
"Hey." The cinammon boy greeted him smiling.
"Hi. Why did you take the bus today?" Simon tilted his head a bit in confusion.
"My parents are having their days off and I didn't want to wake them up. Besides you didn't text me back so I thought you might be upset about something." Vik sighed pulling his phone out to check if his last sentence was still true.
"You texted me?" The blonde asked, trying to remember if he had seen a text earlier.
"Yeah. Telling you that I was gonna join you." Vik chuckled. "Anyway, what's up?"
"The ceiling." Simon murmured.
"Haha. Very funny. I laughed." The brunette said sarcastically. "What's up with you? For real. I'm your best friend I can see when something's bothering you."
Simon shook his head turning back towards the window. "Nothing." He mumbled fixing the sleeves of his shirt afterwards.
"Oh somebody is staring at you." Vik whispered. "Not anymore."
"Who was it?" The taller of the two perked up.
"Your ex's bestie. I think." Vik shrugged. "Did I say something wrong?" He asked worriedly after he noticed that Simon's facial expression changed from bored to angry.
