Halloween shopping fun

As yesterday was Friday the 13th I decided to write something  as an early Halloween themed one-shot.

I swear this is my favourite holiday and we don't even celebrate it in my country.

Simon and Josh had been dating for three months when Halloween was just around the corner. They'd been invited to several parties, however they still didn't know if they should go to any and if they did then which one to and what to dress up as. They'd been very busy in the last few weeks, filming several things with the Sidemen that the fans didn't know about. Probably a movie, if you ask me.

Back to the story, the two boyfriends were sitting on Josh's bed cuddled up and watching TV when Simon spoke up out of the blue and turned towards the brunette.

"Joshy, why don't we go Halloween shopping?" His eyes sparkled as he spoke, his arms wrapped around Josh's shoulders.

The half-asleep man squinted his eyes at him thinking processing what he'd just asked. "What was the question?"

A millisecond before Simon answered him Josh managed to remember what it was (I do this so many times that's unreal😂.), but it was too late  to stop him so the blonde had to  repeat himself.

"Why don't we go Halloween shopping?" He smiled even brighter and pecked his boyfriend's lips in an attempt to wake him up.

"What do you mean by that? Decorations? You want a pumpkin... Or multiple pumpkins? Maybe costumes?" Josh tried to guess what this meant, since Simon wasn't somebody who was obsessed with Halloween, or at least that's what he had exexperienced from him.

"All of the above." He chuckled, shaking his head at the brunette grinning . "You know we've been invited to some parties. I figured that maybe we should at least go to one. And the house needs some decorating  too. It's too plain for my liking."

Josh hummed in response, resting his head on Simon's shoulder.

"Earth to Josh! Are you even paying attention to what I'm saying?" Simon asked rather softly, yet confidently.

"Yeah." He murmured. "We can buy anything that you want."

"Okay then a giant inflatable skeleton that I can sleep with, instead of you." Simon tried not to laugh as he said that.

"Mhm."

The blonde thought for a bit then continued. "And a shit ton of pumpkin spice, since white bitches like me love that stuff."

"Mhm."

"And an orange dildo, because it's Halloween, that I'm gonna-"

"Hold the fuck up, what did you just say?" That sentence woke Josh up fully as he instantly lifted his head up.

Simon started laughing uncontrollably as he burried his face into Josh's neck.

When his laughing finally died down he collected his breath and said. "I knew you were not listening so I tested how far I can go till you realise that I'm talking non-sense."

"Oh for fuck's sakes, babe." He chuckled regardlessly and pressed their foreheads together. "When do you wanna go?"

"Now?"

"Give me ten more minutes to nap, then we can go." Josh stated falling back to his bed and pulling the covers up.

"No. You'll fall into deep sleep then when I would try to wake you up, you won't  want to leave your bed ever again." Simon said crossing his arms then dragging him out of the bed after three minutes of whinning.
