I had to relive my 'giraffe stage'

And the 'hair is a block' stage

And the 'noodle arms' stage

And the 'WHY ARE THE LEGS SO SHORT' stage

how did Past Rush not see how terrible those were

uuuggghhhh

Then there was the 'i want to redraw this character because I kind of like the idea, but I don't want to have to look at the original picture' problem

(That's why i went through it in the first place. I suddenly remembered a character idea that I came up with literally a year ago, but couldn't quite remember what he looked like)

There were a few drawings that I took a half-second glance at the page, looked away, and flipped the page as fast as I could

There were several that were so bad that even Past Rush knew they were bad, and they never got digitalized
