It's only a fantasy,
Something one wishes were true,
I could not say,
Everything.
In my dreams,
I could say everything.
But,
I don't believe this is all a dream,
If it were,
My heart,
Would never learn,
to love again.
After you,
I wouldn't be able to bear,
Another heartbreak.
If I lose you,
It'll be like losing a piece of me.
With all the fun,
And all the true happiness,
You've given and showed me.
True jealousy,
Not just petty kindergartner stuff.
You proved me wrong.
I used to think love was worthless,
It was just a game for idiots to get hurt.
I thought only stupid people needed it.
Only the weak wanted it.
I thought nobody could ever love their best friend.
"What do you think of love?"
"It's a game, and for those who play, end up in a cold world. If you want to stay warm, you have to be cold to love."
Shocked eyes look at me.
A straight face,
The sweetest girl in school,
Was the coldest.
"Why do you think that?"
"I was once 'in love with a boy' and he showed me, love is just a game for those who want to feel pain."
People's pity,
Their sobs for me.
Why did they sob,
When even I,
Had no interest in such a trivial thing?
"Idiots, the lot of you!"
Now, it's different.
Thanks to you,
I figured out that it's not stupid,
and this game,
Is worth playing.
