Mr.Not-So-Perfect

Chapter 4

"Come on Ravvs, if you keep talking about your yesterday's date without getting ready, I'm sure we'll be late", I whined.

"You really don't understand Aadhya. He was so sweet. He is everything a girl can ever dream of", she kept on talking about Evan dreamily.

I sighed. I think there's only one way to make her shut up and get ready fast." Ravvs I understand. In fact I was hurrying you up so that you can have your precious time with your 'Prince Charming'. Since, you know, you have your first class with me and not him", that shut her up and made her move without complaining.

Last night, after she returned from her so-called-date, she kept on talking either about her date or Evan. Don't get me wrong, I was happy for her but there is only so much one can bare right? She slept soon after, since she was tired. I read a book and soon after I drifted to sleep.

"All done. Let's go", Ravvs spoke, coming out of her room in brown shorts and white top. She took literally 5 minutes to get ready. This girl never ceases to amaze me.

We reached college in fifteen minutes. Soon after we entered, Ravvs started dragging me towards Evan's locker. I was running to keep up with her speed. I think she saw Evan because she abruptly left my hand and started running. Due to her sudden actions, I lost my balance and collided with a girl. She turned around, after gaining balance, furiously.

Uh-oh! It's Lucy.

Her left cheek was covered with lipstick like she wanted to make her look like a joker from left side. I think she was re-applying her lipstick when I collided with her. I winced mentally looking at her reaction. She looked really scary. Her glare can even make aliens run in opposite direction and never return.

At the other side I can see Ravvs and Evan hugging each other and lost in their own world. Thank you guys for really abandoning with this witch, who is ready to make me disappears from the world. Please note the sarcasm.

'You Bitch! Why do you keep messing with me?!", she shouted gaining attention of the students present in the hallway.

Soon enough a crowd gathered around us to enjoy the drama. I can see Ravvs and Evan making their way towards us and stood beside me. With one look at me and Lucy, she understood the situation

I don't know who started it, whether Lucy or Ravvs but soon enough they both started fighting because of me. Evan was staring at me and Ravvs with concern but could not decide what to do.

I have to stop them. But I couldn't. 'Bitch! She is a Bitch'. These words were ringing in my head, reminding me the bitter memories of my past, I desperately tried to forget, making my head hurt.

I couldn't concentrate on the crowd whispering about us.

I couldn't concentrate on how Evan is trying to stop the fight.

I couldn't concentrate on anything except the flashes of memories haunting me.

"Aadhya! Aadhya! Are you alright?", Evan's concerned voice made me come to my senses. My immediate reaction was to scan the area around me and I noticed that we no longer were surrounded by the students, giving me the sight of empty hallways except for few students who were engrossed in their own world. Even Lucy is nowhere in sight. I think it has something to do with my best friend.

"Of course she is not alright Evan. Can't you see her face? I think we need to take her back to the apartment", Ravvs said frantically.

"No! No, Im fine. We need to get to class. We are already late", I muttered wanting to divert their attention from me. Ravvs and Evan both nodded their heads, understanding me and we made our way towards our class.

"Hello guys. Im right here beside you. No need make lovey-dovey eyes. I feel like puking", I teased them.

"You are just jealous that Ravvs doesn't love you as much as she loves me", Evan spoke.

We were walking towards cafeteria for lunch. I just hope we can eat without any drama." Who said anything about me loving you more than Aadhya?", Ravvs asked him with an expressionless face. I smirked at Evan.

"Y-You don't l-love m-me?", Evan asked bewildered. Ravvs shook her head as if saying 'No'. Evan's face paled and stood there with his mouth wide open. Ravvs and I couldn't stop ourselves anymore, so, we burst out laughing." Y-You should have s-seen your f-facehahaha..oh m-my g-god..", I said laughing simultaneously.

"It's not so funny", Evan stated but soon after started laughing . After controlling his laughter Evan turned towards Ravvs and asked with seriousness," Ravvs, don't you love me?"

"Of course I love you. We were just messing with you", she replied and kissed his cheek. I immediately took a picture of them in my mobile. They both looked so happy in the photo. "Aww......you guys look so cute", I gushed," Seriously someone should pay me for taking your pictures and capturing your memories."

"Sure. Let me have a look at it first", Ravvs said and put her hand forward to take my mobile but I raised my hand with which I was holding my mobile, so that she can't reach it.

"No, pay me first", I spoke but she started pulling it. Finally she pulled it with more force that I released my hold on my mobile and I lost my balance and fell backwards on the person behind me. The person also lost the balance and the food tray in her hand slipped and all the contents spilled on the person's white t-shirt, making it a jumble of red and green colors. All this happened so quickly that I didn't notice who the person was.

What the hell?!

Oh god! Not again.
