You know the feeling of how you want to avoid something and then you start running away from it but you end up at the same place you started because you were running in a circle all this time. Yeah? This is exactly my situation right now. I mean, all these years I ran away and yet finally end up in front of him.

It was like, you know, all the emotions I've buried inside me for years, with lots and lots of difficulties were dug out with just one look at him. And the fact that he is currently dancing with a beautiful girl, like our encounter did not happen, is not helping at all. Exactly, why would he look at me when there is such a pretty girl in front of him, right? She was wearing a baby pink crop top with white skirt which ended above her knees and completed it with a pink flower printed white cardigan.

But, why am I the only one who is affected so much? I should ignore him. I should hate him. Yes, I hate him. So, why am I not able to take my eyes of off them? She clung to him like her life depended on it. She is way too cheerful than any normal person. How is that even possible? My guess is alcohol. She is wasted. Then why is he dancing with her because he hates alcohol. At least, that's what he told me. Probably, that's a lie, considering the fact that all he ever did was lie to me.

"Hey. What are you doing here?", Ravvs asked pulling me out from my internal ramble.

"Nothing, just watching people around", I lied. At least, that's not a complete lie. Technically, I was watching people, only the number of people I was watching is limited to two but she need not know that.

"Okay. Let's get to the couch, Evan left us at, before he does. If he finds that couch empty, the god forbid, he would turn this place upside down", Ravvs said.

"Yeah", I chuckled and followed her.

"So, how is your first party experience so far? Is it great?", She asked with excitement.

Sure, if you consider meeting the only person I want to avoid all my life and his absolutely pretty girlfriend great, then yeah, just great, I thought but obviously I did not voice my thoughts out.

"It is okay", I replied instead.

"Oh, that is just because we haven't even started with the fun part, yet", she said while bouncing up and down.

"What is that 'fun part'?", I asked quoting the fun part with my hands.

"Dancing, duh", she replied with so much enthusiasm that if she sold some of it she would have been a millionaire by now.

"Here's your drinks", Evan giving handing us a glass of Orange juice each and settled between us.

"About time, Evan. Did you go to the Orange farm, to bring the oranges and then made a juice out of them", She asked with sarcasm.

He glared at her but then sighed remembering that his glares doesn't affect Ravvs as much as they affect others.

"Do you know that if you are a host of the party fetching drinks doesn't only mean just fetching? You have to stop and greet back to almost half of the guests, clear up if any mess is created and then go fetch the drinks", he explained.
