Later the same day...
It was now 3:45, and it was time to start day one of our plan. Robert, Indio, and I had all of our weapons ready in each of our bookbags that we carried.
We headed outside to the parking lot, and made way to our vehicles. I was getting into the passengers seat of the car, until I saw Robert wasn't getting in to drive.
"Robert, what are you doing? You're not going to drive?" I asked him.
"Uh, no. I'll just let--" Robert tossed the keys to Indio. "--Indio drive this time. I'll take the motorcycle."
"Do you know how to ride?" Indio asked.
"Yeah." He said.
"Ok..." Indio said, opening the car door, and getting in the driver's seat. Robert got on the motorcycle, and put on the helmet. We locked eyes for a few seconds, and he gave me a light smile.
I did the same, and he lowered the visor on the helmet; covering his beautiful eyes. I got in the car, then we hit the road.
We were going about 55 on the city streets, as Robert rode behind us. I looked over at Indio who was concentrated on the road, then I took a look out the side mirror.
I noticed Robert was slowing down behind us.
"Why's he slowing down?" I whispered to myself, still looking out the mirror. Then all of a sudden, I see Robert turn the corner, and hear the motorcycle speed down a different street.
"What the hell!? Where is he going?!" I said, confused. Indio looked in the rear view mirror.
"The fuck is he doing?" He said, furrowing his brows. I kept looking in the mirror, trying to figure out where he went.
"We're not gonna go and find him?!" I said.
"I thought we're sticking to the plan!"
"Well, it looks like Robert's not sticking to the plan!"
"Calm down, maybe he has a better idea. I think he knows what he's doing."
"But what are we gonna do?"
"Go to the warehouse, and get rid of the outsiders first. Remember, we have to take this in steps." Indio said.
I sighed, and glared out the window.
Robert's POV
I rode down side streets after I got off the route that I was following from Indio.
I had to go and get this done. I needed to do this today, it couldn't wait. After all, the plan today was to get rid of the outsiders. And Jackson fits that category.
I never knew, all along he was the betrayer. He was slowly bringing me down, and I trusted him with everything.
Right now my destination was Palmer Road, and I was determined to get there.
Eventually, after many minutes I made it. I was looking at every house with a sharp eye since I didn't know what his address was. But I soon knew what house he was in when I recognized the car in the driveway.
I rode up the house's driveway, and turned off the motorcycle. I took off the helmet, and got a gun from my backpack. I walked up to the door, and kicked it open.
I walked inside, as I pointed my gun; leading the way.
There seemed to be no one home, but I knew that couldn't be. I walked further through the house then I saw a clear patio door that led out to the back yard.
