Alice smiled gratefully to Daisy and Charlotte, and for a second it was a real smile. Alice tapped on the microphone and the music stopped. Evena's cheeks flushed and she was rooted to the spot. The music stopped and all eyes went to Evena and Alice.
"Well Hello everyone," Alice started in a sickly sweet voice. "Our friend Evena over here ruined my dress, think," Alice smirked, "She could get revenge from me and my girls." The crowd laughed and pointed at Evena. Evena felt hot. Jay held her hands and led her to the door. But suddenly a cold splash on her head made her stop. Jay looked at her horrified.
The crowd stopped for a second before laughing and taking pictures. They had planned it all along, Evena thought angrily. Jay opened his phone and talked quickly in to it. He nodded and smiled but it fell when he saw her. Evena couldn't went up to Alice, Charlotte and Daisy and made them shut up. But she didn't. Instead she let herself be dragged away by Jay's soft hand. Away from the crowd as cold water trickled down her head and she shivered. Her mother's dress was ruined and she was cold. Like she had at the creek but things got better sooner.
