"Dara! Oh, there you are with her clothes, get Mena to sprinkle Evena with the shrink potion," Cherry chirped to her maid. "Thanks," Evena pointed at her lower back and soon that was healed too. While Dara was going to get the clothes, 2 red robins came and put a woven leaved cloak over Evena's broad shoulders. "Thank you, my feathered friends," she called. Suddenly Evena felt a soft warm blanket fall over her and the world started to get smaller. The shrinking potion began to take effect as Evena was left bare with nothing but the cloak.
But Evena had been through this many times as Dara dropped her clothes over her and they magically out themselves on to Evena's body. First her ears grew taller and pointier and her button nose became smaller and sharper. Cherry grew smaller too. Then Evena's fringe came out of the clip she held it in to keep it out of her face and rested on her forehead as her hair grew lusher and thicker and longer and was pulled back in to a high pony tail that reached to her waist. Like Cherry's glow was a scarlet, Evena's was a duke blue.
Evena's pony tail was held by duke blue wild flowers and her wings had the slight tint of blue. Her eyes turned an Egyptian blue and sparkled like Cherry's. Her dress was knee-length and Celtic blue and layered with Cerulean blue hemming in leaf shapes. Since Evena was a human, she didn't have any pixie magic. Evena's bare feet became soft and duke blue long boots covered them with golden frays matching her thick gold belt. Evena flew up in spirals. Glad for the freedom. "Whoo!" She called as she zipped through the area with Cherry laughing behind.
They stopped at the top of a tree where their safe haven was, overlooking the whole forest, Evena's cottage and the lights of the city. "You haven't come for the last 5 days," Cherry said. 5 days in pixie time was a day in human times. "Im sorry, its just that human time works differently," Evena sighed, she wished she could be a permanent pixie, no work, no troubles.
