"So as I stand here now
Arms wide open, blood coming from every part of my body
And tears tattooed onto my face
I drop to my knees shaking and screaming that I can't take this anymore
My cries seem to echo off the walls of my empty heart
While the skies around me turn into a sad grey
Right then, I fall apart, a piece of me scattered somewhere far away from the other
It's happened
I've lost myself
Thunder roars and lighting cracks lighting the sky up
But all I see when I look at it
Is the same storm that's going on inside of me
And for some reason I screamed
I screamed so loud and so hard the thunder backed off and my world shook with chaos
So much emotion came out of my scream it scared the lighting away and back into the sky
And it might have even scared me too
Life whispered in my ear, tickling my neck;
"I've had enough of your reckless behavior"
And just like that,
My ability to see
My ability to hear and smell
Even my ability to feel was taken away
Life took me away."
