Jacqueline's POV
Shraddha, Alia and Taapsee's walk in the living room.
"Aishwariya?" Shraddha's dad says.
"Sharukh." Mum says looking shocked.
"You know each other?" Shraddha and I say together.
"Ummm..."
"Yeah we went to school together." Mum says.
"What a coincidence!" Alia exclaims.
"Well it was nice seeing you again. Girls shall we go?" He asks them.
We hug Alia and Shraddha and they hug Mum.
"Make sure you girls come anytime you want. Your always welcome here." Mum says.
"Of course Aunty. Thank you for everything." They both smile.
"See you guys in Uni." Shraddha and Alia leave.
After they leave the house quietens down. Suddenly we hear something.
Oh no! It's coming from the closet!
"What was that?" Mum asks.
"I don't know if sounded like it came from the closet." Taapsee says going to open it.
Oh no if she opens it she'll see Sidharth! I need to stop her!
Shraddha's POV
"So did you miss me?" Papa asks.
"Yeah."
"Well I've got a surprise for you both." He says walking in the house.
We see a random woman sitting in the living room.
"Whose this?" Alia and I ask cluelessly.
"Umm girls meet Kareena." Dad smiles.
"Wait the Kareena that answered the phone? Why is she here?"
"Sit down." He says.
Alia and I share a look and sit opposite Kareena.
Dad sits next to her and holds her hand. "Me and Kareena are together now." He says.
"What?!" Alia and I shout.
"Girls I have to move on in life. And now look out family can finally be complete."
"Just because we don't remember the woman that gave birth to us and brought us into this world doesn't mean we replace her in our lives completely Papa!"
"Girls look I'm not telling you to forget your mum. But I just want to move ahead in life." He says.
"We understand papa. But it'll take us time to accept someone as a mother." Alia says.
"Will you at least think about it?" He asks.
We nod.
Taapsee's POV
Jacqueline randomly screams.
"What's wrong?" Mum asks.
"I thought I seen a spider." She says.
"Where?!" I shout.
"It's gone now." She laughs.
"Oh well I'm going out for a while I'll probably be home late." Mum leave looking distressed.
That's weird.
Jacqueline opens the closet and Sidharth comes out.
"What the hell!"
"Shhh don't tell mum. He just came to finish a project that's due in for tomorrow." She rolls her eyes.
"Okay I'm going to see Prem.
The next day...
Shraddha's POV
I walk into uni and someone suddenly grips my arm and pulls me to a side.
"You!" I exclaim seeing Varun smirking at me. "Let me go!"
"Shrads please listen to me." He says sounding polite but I bet it's all an act.
I push him and walk away.
He grabs my arm and pins me to the wall.
"Excuse me! What the hell!" I fume.
"I need a favour."
"I'm sorry I don't do favours." I roll my eyes.
"My brothers helping you look for your mum. So you repay him by helping me and I hear he's found important information." He says.
"Ugh fine!"
"Pretend to be my girlfriend. I wanna make my ex jealous." He states.
"What! I thought you made up with her!"
He laughs hysterically. "No I was telling her about 'our relationship' but it doesn't seem to affect her." He says annoyed.
"How did she believe you when I screamed at you and also warned her about you?"
"I just said we had an argument but now it's all okay isn't it baby?" He kisses my cheek.
I was about move but I see his ex standing in front of us.
"Your favour starts from now." He whispers.
I give him a fake smile.
"So we'll go for our 5th date on Saturday?" He asks.
"Of course. I can't wait." Oh how I hate this. As if I'd be eager to go out on a date with a big headed idiot.
"Let's go to class." He holds my hand tightly and our fingers intertwine.
We walk past Jacqueline, Taapsee and Alia they all give me a shocked look.
"Now Shraddha we have to come up with a way to come across as a convincing couple. Ok baby?" He grins.
"This is all an act just keep that in your stupid brain understand!" I state firmly.
"Now this is how we should be.."
Before he explains Prem comes running upto me.
"Shraddha! I found something about your mum."
"Really what?!" I ask impatiently.
He hands me a paper....
Will the girls ever find out that Sharukh and Aishwariya were once married? What has Prem found out? Will Shraddha and Varun make a convincing couple?
