"I ship it"

"RUBY WAKE THE FUCK UP THERE'S A SPIDER AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!", Addy screamed, very much so waking me up.

I got up quickly and went to the edge of the loft. Adiline was sitting on top of the fridge in the mids of taking her slipper off to try and throw it at the spider.

"I'm sorry what", I said in a much calmer voice.

"THERES A FREAKING SPIDER!" She screamed again.

"oh god oh god oh god spiders are not my thing", I said worrily.

"ME EITHER!"

"THROW YOUR SHOE AT IT!" I told her. She forcefully threw her slipper but unfortunatly missed.

"Dear god were screwed", She said.

"TRY AGAIN!" I yelled. For the second time, she took off her slipper and chucked it as hard as her arms would allow, missing by a few feet. I made a note to never try and play a game requiring accuracy with Addy. 

"Okay here's the plan, I'm going to take this empty cup and then practically jump down the ladder, then I'll trap it in the cup and sprint away", I said nervously. 

"Go for it"

I grabbed an empty cup that was at my bed side table and quickly went down the ladder.

"Where even is the spider?" I asked.

"I DONT KNOW SOMEWHERE" She screamed.

I then realized why she was freaking out so much. A pretty big spider came in to view and I jumped up on the island counter, somehow managing to not knock everything off of it. 

"Now do you realize why I'm on the fridge?" Addy asked sarcastically.

"Yup"

I fatefully leaped off the counter, located the spider, and trapped it in the cup. Adiline clapped after I did so.

"Hey I just thought of something", Addy said.

"What?"

"She protec, she attac, but most importantly, her name is not jac", She said giggling.I laughed at the joke as I got a napkin and slid it under the cup, trapping the spider in and forcefully banging the cup against the windowsill until the spider dropped out and into the outside.

"So now that thats over, can you help me off the fridge?" Adiline asked me.

"Yeah sure" I said.

I went over to the fridge and turned so my back was facing it. "Jump on", I told her. She grabbed my shoulders and soon clinged onto my back.

"Wow, your surprisingly light", I told her.

"And your surprisingly tall, now put me down!" She said sounding scared.

"Dont disrespect the young homosapian of the female vicinity who just saved you from an arachnid", I said.

"Fine, can you please put me down?" She asked.

"Not yet, I wanna take you around", I said smiling.

"Dear goodness", I heard her mutter. I started to run around the apartment, going around the couch and spinning around in the empty space we had near the window. "okay okay okay I've had enough!" She said.

"Fine", I said, kinda sounding dissapointed.

I made my way to the couch and put her down.

"Thank you"

"So, you wanna make breakfast now?" She asked me.

"Yeah I'm really hungry" I told her.

"Ooo What about cinnoman buns today?" She asked.
