"I'm only gonna be gone for two months shorty. I'll be back before you know it." Tears streamed down Mallorie's face. Tay was leaving for his east side tour and he was gonna be gone until the summer.
"Really wish i could take you with me shorty." He hugged her tightly and kissed her head.
"Imma call you every night. Promise me you still gon ride for me." She nodded and wiped her eyes.
"Make me proud. Be the successful person I know you are. Love you rugrat." She kissed him deeply. He returned the kiss and nuzzled his face into her neck.
"Love you too shorty. Miss you already." He kissed her hand before letting go of it and walking to the gate. She bit her lip and started to cry again.
"He gon be alright Mal. He loves you." Leinna hugged her.
"I know. I'm just gonna miss him so much." She wiped her eyes.
"He's gonna be successful and get money. You gotta be happy for him Mal." She nodded.
