Beyond the fracture
and into the blue...
I search for myself —
I search for you.
What do you do
when you seek, yet never find?
Do you choose to forget,
and leave everything behind?
Though it doesn't feel right,
you never give up.
Although it's a futile feast
you'll never sup —
Fragments falling and scattering around...
The silence of their landing
doesn't lessen their sound —
Of a story about a girl who never got to be little,
only small...
Things in her life meaning everything,
yet nothing at all.
