That awful night,
You simply walked away...
But not before you beat and bruised me,
Leaving me dismayedI guess being a man of leisure
Meant more than just being a man —
Not having any regard or feeling,
Nor trying to do what you canHow could you,
Just simply walk away?
You turned my life upside down,
And left it in total disarrayYou've used every excuse,
For your thoughtless, pathetic acts —
Placing blame solely on me,
Because you knew you were never coming backYou should've been devoted
And finished what you started —
Instead you're gone...
And I'm left eternally brokenheartedI hope someday, that you finally realize...
Just how heartless and selfish you truly are —
You took something so beautiful and special,
Leaving nothing behind but a nasty scarNothing could ever fix this —
No apologies could ever make it right.
So the best thing for you to do,
Is keep out of my sight!
