I've started staying more at the hospital... I haven't left cyrus' side unless it was to use the bathroom or take a quick shower. I've been praying that he will wake up because I miss him... It feels like half my heart has been ripped out of my chest.

The moonlight creeped in through the blinds of the hospital window causing the room to appear blue. For the millionth time I'm holding cyrus' hand next to the hospital bed, not able to sleep.

" All I want is nothing more, than to hear you knocking my door.
Cus if I could hear your voice once more. I'd die a happy man I'm sure.
I hope that wasn't our last goodbye. I'm dying without you by my s-side" I sang softly my voice cracking.
"I lay in tears i-in b-bed all night... Alone without you by my side" I continued to sing as tears rolled down my face. "But if you loved me, why'd you leave me?  Take my body, take my body. All I want is and all I need is, to find somebody, I'll find somebody, to help you" I lowered my head and let the tears fall.

Why him? Why not me? Take me!!! Not him! I miss you so much Cyrus! I looked at cyrus. "Wake up," I said as my voice cracked. "Please Cyrus!  Wake u-up!" I sat there and balled my eyes out while Squeezing his hand. He still didn't hear my pleas and I just continued to cry.

I just cried and held his hand. Cyrus has been in a coma for 2 months now. I want my best friend back. If that stupid rapist never touched him this would have never happened. If I...  Wasn't sick that day he'd be next to me talking to me and kissing me. I miss kissing him so much. I miss everything.

I rested my head on the side of the bed and closed my eyes, not daring to let go of his hand. I'll stay here until your better. As long as it takes. It took me a while but I slowly cried myself to sleep.

(Morning)

I opened my eyes and I was still holding cyrus' hand. I blinked sleep from my eyes and looked up to see the nurse. "Sir, you should probably leave... You haven't eaten in weeks." She said concerned.

I looked at her with sad eyes. "Ok" I sighed standing up. I put the chair back and walk over to Cyrus. " Until we meet again my love." I whispered. Then I brushed his shaggy bangs out of his face and kissed him as long as I could.

I got up and slowly backed away still holding Cyrus hand as it slowly slipped from my grasp. "Goodbye" I sighed and turned to the door.

Then I heard a familiar voice that made my stomach fill with butterflies and pure happiness. "Where are you going?" I turned around to see Cyrus sat up on the hospital bed. "CYRUS!" I screamed and ran into his arms.

I pulled away, then back in,  and kissed him. Our lips we're connected for what seemed like eternity. "I missed you so much! " I said starting to tear up. Cyrus gave me a smile. "It's ok Jonah. I'm awake now and I'm ok! I'm so happy to be back I love you" I kissed him again.

"Jonah" Cyrus said pulling away. "Yes my love" I smiled. "I could hear you singing, your voice is beautiful" Cyrus said blushing. I blushed giving him a nod of thanks. "Also thank you for staying by my side, I always felt warmth on one of my hands and knew it was you"

I smiled at him. "I would have hated leaving. " I kissed him again. "Please don't put me through that again" I said my voice getting serious. Cyrus hugged me. "I'll try my best." He mumbled kissing my forehead.

I climbed into the hospital bed and layed next to him after he layed down. "I love you" I said wrapping my arms around his waist. "I love you too" He whispered.
