"I'm gonna send him there." I said
"Why are you sending him?" She asked
"I'm gonna send him to my teacher. He was like a father to me, he really taught me everything. I trust him with my life. And I trust him with my son."
"He's not gonna like this." She sighed
"He doesn't know what's best for him." I responded
"Good luck convincing him to leave." She walked away
"I don't have a choice nor do I have time." I sighed
Victoria
I grabbed my tray and looked around the cafeteria for an empty spot and finally went to sit down at a table. All of a sudden someone bumped into me.
"I'm so sorry!" The person said
"It's alr- Oh!" I turned around to look at the person
"Victoria!" He smiled
"Kai!" I smiled
"I'm so glad you're here, come sit. I have something for you!" He said
"For me?" I asked
"Yeah! Wait, your 'brother' isn't here is he?" He teased
"No Sehun went to the restroom." I chuckled awkwardly
"Perfect." He laughed
"Ah why what's wrong?" I asked
"Remember the necklace from last time? Well I kinda got it for you." He chuckled
"Really? No I cant accept it." I gasped
"Well I'm not gonna wear it. And throwing a new necklace in the trash is a bit too much." He sighed
"Kai you stubborn child I already told you that you shouldn't buy it for me." I said
"Well, its too late to say no so take it." He took out a small rectangular box from his pocket
I took it and opened it to see that necklace. It was just as beautiful as I saw it the first time.
"You're such a burden." I laughed
"Wow a thank you would've been appreciated." He smiled
"I was just joking don't worry , thank you so much I really love it. I appreciate that you thought of me." I thanked him
"Yeah I couldn't stop thinking about you." He smiled shyly
I blushed a bit and thanked him again. He chuckled at my reaction and went back to eating. I cleared my throat and kept eating.
"Well, I hope I can see you again soon. I guess I should go now, I'll see you in class though." He left
I waved to him and went back to eating. A few seconds later Sehun suddenly showed up in front of me.
"Aren't you gonna eat?" I asked
"I'm not hungry." He said
I nodded and kept eating, thinking about whether he saw Kai just now. I decided not to say anything and just keep eating.
"I can't believe the semester is finishing soon." I started
"Me too." He said
"It was a good semester wasn't it?" I asked
"No." He simply replied, "bad memories." He added
I nodded, understanding what he meant. I didn't want to annoy him so I stopped talking. It went silent for a few minutes before he started.
"Hey who were you talking with a couple minutes ago?" He asked
I gulped and looked up to meet his gaze.
"Just a friend, Kai actually." I said
"If he was just a friend then why did he give you that." He pointed to the box I had in my purse
Crap. It was visible since I left my purse open.
"He gave me this necklace I said was pretty last time we met." I confessed
"Alright." He responded
"Are you upset that I talked to someone you don't get along with anymore?" I chuckled
"I'm not upset, I just wanted to know who that was. You would be curious too if you saw a girl handing me something from behind your back." He made a point
"It wasn't like I was hiding it." I said
"I know. Like I said I was just curious. I should know if you're seeing someone so I dont make a mistake." He said
"I'm not seeing anyone." I replied
"Alright then, I'll drop you off home now since you're done eating. Afternoon class was canceled." He stood up
I sighed and stood up as well. I guess he was a bit disappointed that I didn't tell him I was with Kai.
I followed him back to the car. He handed me a bag before I got in. I looked at it and saw a jewelry set.
"I got you jewelry to match your dress since you didn't get any." He sighed
He got in the car without saying anything else. I groaned feeling bad for some reason. I got in after him.
"It looks really nice, I really love it. Thank you so much." I turned around and smiled
He smiled back at me and looked away just as fast. I felt a bit disappointed he didn't say anything. We got in the car and left.
"We should go somewhere tomorrow since it's a weekend." I asked
"No sorry I'm going to a meeting with my dad tomorrow, maybe later." He smiled
I nodded and sighed. Why is he acting distant all of a sudden.
"Oh yeah, make sure you're free next month on the 27th." He said
"Why?"
"I'm taking you somewhere." He answered
"Where?" I chuckled
"It's a surprise." He answered
"Alright." I smiled
