Sehun
I stared into empty space as the meeting went on. They discussed the latest project together, but I couldn't seem to focus. Mr. Lee nudged me a little to bring me back to my senses. I sighed and tried to concentrate again. All of a sudden Mr. Lee stood up.
"We'll end the meeting here for today. Please work on more suggestions for next time. We'll be discussing this again." He dismissed everyone
Everyone left while Mr. Lee and I stayed behind.
"I'm disappointed in you Sehun," He turned to me, "I told you to prepare words, you will bring your own ideas and pitch them to everyone in this room!" He scolded
I closed my eyes, feeling the need to calm myself down. It's not like there was anything to add.
"Let's put it this way, the faster you accommodate to the business world, the faster you will be able to move back home." He sighed and left
Was he threatening me?
I sat in my spot for a while, feeling hopeless about my situation. I laid my head on the desk in front of me till someone walked in.
"Ah- Mr. Oh sorry I didn't know you were in here." An employee walked in
"I'm leaving right now." I stood up and walked out of the meeting room
I walked back to my office. Since we had a meeting today, I don't think Mr. Lee is going to be teaching me anything.
I sat down in front of my desk and looked at the pile of papers sitting there. He's punishing me isn't he? I groaned and leaned back in my chair.
"Well, let's get started."
Victoria
"Victoria!" Someone called out
"Huh? Kai!? What brings you here?" I asked in surprise
"I was here for a meeting that took place. What about you, what brings you here?" He asked
"I work here now." I smiled
"You really work here!? I guess I'll be volunteering to come here more often then."
"I just started working here." I chuckled
"Well either way I'll come see you whenever we have any meetings here." He smiled
"Oh that's unnecessary, I'll be busy anyway. I can see you outside of work." I replied
"Really? If you really mean it then let's go somewhere tomorrow. It was really fun hanging out last time."
"Perfect, I mean I don't have anything to do anyway." I shrugged
Kai
I'm here!" She waved at me, "Sorry for making you wait so long. I totally forgot about the time." She said
"No worries, it's fine," I grinned, "I didn't wait that long."
"Oh good, let's go now." She smiled
My eyes dropped to the base of her neck, as I noticed she had a necklace on.
"Isn't that the one I got you?" The corner of my lips seemed to grow wider within the second
"Oh yeah it is! I do appreciate you buying this for me, it's really beautiful." She smiled as her hand reached for the pendant
"It makes me happy seeing you wear it." I admit
"Then I'm glad I did." She beamed
'Heir Oh Sehun leaves abroad'
There was a big poster stating those words with a picture of Sehun above it. So he's gotten popular now has he? I decided to ignore it and walk away. I glanced to Victoria who was staring at it with sad eyes.
I held her hand and dragged her somewhere else. I sighed mentally cursing whoever put the poster there.
I looked over to Victoria again who was just silent. I sighed as I realized how much it still affected her. I took her to a table and sat down with her.
"Hey, are you alright?" I asked
"Sorry if I ruined the mood, I'm alright though." She forced the corners of her lips up
"We're all good, now let's go eat some good food alright?"
"Yes please I didn't eat anything before coming here." She agreed
Victoria
"Remember how you said you wanted to look for a nice apartment to move in?" asked Kai
"Yep."
"I found the perfect one for you." He grinned from eat to ear
I eyed him while raising my brow, "you're saying you found one?"
"No listen I'm serious, you always said that you wanted to live somewhere a bit closer to college. One of my friends told me about these nice apartments they're already furnished as well." He said
"Woah Kai, I appreciate you helping me look for one. But I'm gonna have to give it a thought first. It'd be nice to finally move out though." I said
"Well either way here's their website. I talked to the landlord he said you can go there anytime to check it out. Plus that way your house will be closer to mine." He winked
I chuckled seeing how excited he was. I guess I really have to check it out if I want to finally move out.
"Why not go see it now?" I said
"Seriously? You're really considering it?" He asked wide-eyed
"I mean why not, it'd be nice to live closer to you as well."

"So, today Kai and I were looking at some apartments for me to move in." I started
My mom quickly looked at me in shock.
"You're moving? And with a man!?" She raised her voice dramatically
"Mom I've been telling you that I was gonna move for a while now. And I'm moving alone, Kai is just helping me move." I sighed
"Am I going to see you again?" She made a sad face
"The apartment is fifteen minutes away, I'll be coming here a lot." I laughed
"I know, I'm just messing around," she chuckled, "I knew that you'd move out sooner or later. I expected you to move earlier cause of Sehun you know?" She said
I suddenly felt a pang in my heart. We haven't talked ever since he left.
"Well I've already packed the things I want. I'm leaving the rest here for whenever I visit. The good thing is that the apartment is already furnished so I don't need to buy anything else."
"Alright just tell me when you're planning on moving so I can give you food to take with you." She smiled
I nodded with a smile. I left to my room to head in for the night. I jumped on my bed and stared at the ceiling as thoughts of Sehun filled my head.
I wonder if he thinks of me as much as I think of him.
I shook my head to shoo that thought away. I hope he's doing well. I hope he's not too lonely over there.
