CHAPTER 15: NEW FRIENDS

Today jisoo is absent at School. Jennie have to be independent at School. Suga have a game today against another school and Sowon just watched him play at the bench. He won against another School and won a Trophy. Sowon just clapped for him at the bench along with other students. Other students blew their air horn and cheers for the school Team.

Then, sowon saw Suga greetings all of the cheerleaders. The cheerleaders are fangirling over him and he just ignore them. Sowon let out a slight smile but deep inside her she felt jealous looking at the cheerleaders who get to be near Suga.

“What’s wrong?” Eunha asked.

“Nothing… I just wish to talk with him again…” sowon said.

“why? did you two haven’t spoken with each other since that day?” Eunha asked. Sowon just nodded.

“why is he playing so hard to get with you? You’re so pretty and nice… why wouldn’t he choose you?” Eunha asked then let out a sigh.

Both of them just stare at the basketball team then jennie interrupt.

“Don’t even dream of suga making the first move.” Jennie said.

Eunha and Sowon was shocked and looked at jennie. Jennie just look at them expressionless.

“What do you mean? Do you know him?” Sowon asked.

“He’s my bf’s friend” jennie said.

“So you’re close with him?” Eunha asked.

“Not really… but we always talk about our favourite artist and their songs.” Jennie said.

“Really?” sowon said she felt a slight jealous toward jennie. Jennie noticed sowon’s expression changed and chuckled.

“Don’t worry… I already have a bf… plus yoongi is my friend” jennie said with a smile.

“Oh… I know… it’s okay…” sowon said and smiled back.

“I’m jennie by the way…” jennie said.

“I’m sowon and this is Eunha” Sowon said and they greeted each other.

“ You have a bf right? Can you share with us some tips to get their attention?” Sowon asked.

“I’m not really sure about this because I didn’t do anything to get their attention…” jennie said.

“Really?” Sowon asked. Jennie just nodded.

“Yeah… I just be myself… if they really loves us they will be okay with our flaw.” Jennie said.

“Flaw? Does your bf have a flaw?” Eunha asked.

“i… I’m not sure but he’s a bit weird” jennie said and they laughed.

“But do you know what he likes?” jennie asked Sowon.

“umm… he mentions before that he likes kumamon.” Sowon said.

“Really? His behaviour doesn’t suit his taste…” jennie said and shakes her head.

“I know right?” Eunha said and laughed. Then Sowon glared at her. Eunha was scared then she shut her mouth.

“ I think you could give him something that kumamon related to get his attention.” Jennie recommends.

“Well… that’ll be easy because I know a place that sells a lot of kumamon merchandise.” Sowon said in excitement.

“that’s good for you then… but remember to act like yourself…” jennie said and Sowon nodded.

Then, Lisa and Rose who’s been sitting next to Jennie interrupt.

“Mind introducing your new friends to us?” Rose asked.

“I don’t know, since you two have been treating me like a third wheel I have to make new friends and by that I mean eardropping their conversation…” jennie said pouring her feelings.

“Did you feel left out? I’m sorry jennie” Lisa said then hugged jennie.

“Yah! Stop it lisa! You’re killing me after ignoring me?” jennie said.

“we’re sorry jennie” Rose said then followed lisa hugging jennie.

Sowon and Eunha just laughed at them. Soon, they release their hugs and jennie fix her hairs. Jennie introduced them to each other and they became friend soon. The school held a club day today and it starting after recess.

Rose and Lisa have been Training with Jimin and Jhope at jimin’s friend studio. It turns out the studio belongs to Seulgi. When they first met it was really awkward but soon Seulgi and Rose became friend with each other. Rose tried to hide her feelings toward Jimin all this time to avoid quarrel between her and Seulgi.

Rose have been suffering seeing Seulgi and Jimin acting cute infront of her. Jimin have confessed to Rose that Seulgi is her gf few days ago. It breaks her heart into pieces seeing her crush in love with another girl. Rose tried to forget Jimin but he always came to Rose and cheer her up when she gets sad. It’s hard for Rose to forget him because he always come to her. Jimin said that he’s really comfortable talking with Rose about his passion.

Today, the dance club have held an event and all of the members of the club are participated for the dancing show. It was held at the school theatre . All of the students sat at the audience seat and watched the performance.

Jennie, Taehyung, Yuju, Jungkook, Irene, and Eunbi joined the Idol club along with other students.

Jisoo, Jin, Namjoon joined the science club.

Eunha, SinB, Bogum and Sowon joined the Arts club that include acting and drawing.

This club was made to help them experience what it’s like to be in a certain career. Suga join the sport club as he is good basketball player.
All of the students were amazed by the dance club performance. The choreography was made by their trainer and they’re separated into pairs in the middle of the performance.

Lisa was paired with Ten, Jhope was paired Momo, Seulgi was paired with Yugyeom and Jimin was paired with Rose.

They did a good job dancing following the choreography. Jimin and Rose kept smiling towards each other throughout their performance.

After their performance, it’s time for a performance from the idol club. Their teacher had chosen the member who are talented enough to perform on stage. Jennie,Chanyeol and Irene was given the vocalist and rapper position and Taehyung, Jungkook, Jihyo, Sungjae and Yuju was given the vocalist position.

They sang the song in a perfect harmony and everyone was in awe with the vocalist voice. The rapper rap their part flawlessly and amazed the crowd. Everyone gave a big round of applause for their performance.
EunBi who wasn’t picked was annoyed and glared at jennie. She was auditioned for the vocalist position but her voice was still weak and she need to practice more.

She got up from the audience seat and went to the cafeteria. She ordered a boiling coffee and the workers was shocked but still do it anyway.
