CHAPTER 24 : MISCOMMUNICATION

Rose’s pov

I was waiting for Lisa at the garden but she took too long to go get them. I was resting on a bench while checking my phones until I heard someone called my name. it must be Lisa.

“Yah, where have you been… do you know how long I’ve been—“ I stopped talking when I noticed that it was seulgi.

“Seulgi? I’m sorry I thought that you’re lisa…” I said but she kept staring at me.

“Why are you staring at me?” I asked.

“Did you know that your presence in this school bring everyone to misery?” Seulgi said.

“What do you mean?” I asked.

“You… you have ruined my relationship with Jimin!” Seulgi said.

“What? but I didn’t do anything” I said.

“Liar! You know he’s in a relationship with me but you keep seducing him so that he will dump me and be with you! But I was wrong… I realised that you’re just playing with his heart… Look at you… Being in a relationship with Chanyeol oppa? You have the ugliest heart in this world… how could you do that to me and Jimin and then be with someone else? You have ruined my relationship with him… I won’t let this happens again Rose! I know someday that you’re going to feel how I felt today…Betrayed! “ Seulgi said and ran away leaving me confused.

I can’t believe just by a simple action I have caused a lot of trouble than I ever expected. I felt bad for Jimin and Seulgi. If only… if only I don’t have a crush on Jimin… all of this things wouldn’t have happened.

I shed a tears after thinking about everything that have happened. Soon, I felt a small patted on my shoulders and I look at the person’s face.

It was Jimin. I cried even more when I met him in person. It’s been a long time since both of us ever talked.

“Jimin… I’m sorry for treating you badly… I shouldn’t even come to this school… I felt horrible—“ Jimin grabbed my head and pulls me into his chest.

“It’s okay… I’m already getting over it now… I will try to forget everything that have ever happened… But my wish is that we could be friends again… like how we met before all of this happens…” Jimin said and I nodded.

“Are you okay with that?” I asked and wiped away my tears.

“Sure… I don’t want to end our friendship over small problems like this…” Jimin said and patted my head. My face was red as a tomato right now.

“Come on! Let’s go grab some lunch with others… my treat!” Jimin said.

“You don’t have to… I have my own money…” I said.

“No, I insist…” Jimin said and grabbed my hand and we went to the cafeteria together.

After having lunch, the students who’s involved with the performances tomorrow have to practice in the school studio until they finally finish it. Students at the studio was surprised to hear the song that jennie wrote and can’t wait to see them perform tomorrow.

At the end of the day, all of the students manage to finish their task and can go home and rest.  All of the students quickly went to their vehicle and other transportation to get home except for jennie.

She took the school bus but she didn’t stop at her house. She’s texting her grandmother and told her that she’ll be home late. Taehyung was not with her because he went to jungkook’s house after school. Jennie kept checking on her watch as if she’s in a hurry.

A few minutes later, the bus finally stops at her destination and she quickly jump off the bus door.

“now… where is she?” jennie mumbled.

She’s at the airport to pick up her sister Ara. It’s the same airport where she almost got kidnapped by a man in a black mask.

“I need to be more cautious!” jennie said to herself and walk into the airport to find her sister. She texted her sister to ask which platform does she have to wait.

And her sister replied with “platform 7”. She quickly ran towards platform 7 and waited at the bench. Her sister hasn’t arrived yet and jennie decided to put on her earphones and listen to a few songs.
A few minutes have passed and jennie felt a slight tap on her shoulder. She quickly removes her earphones and got up from her seat.

“What’s wrong with you? You look like you just saw a ghost!” Ara said. Jennie was shocked to see her sister and hugged her tightly.

“Unnie I miss you so much!!” Jennie said while hugging her sister.

“Oh… look at this girl… I know you’ll miss me” Ara said and patted her back.

“Unnie let’s go home and have dinner with grandma!” Jennie said excitedly.

“Sure…” Ara said but her eyes keep looking around and jennie noticed it.

“Unnie, is something wrong?” Jennie asked.

“Yah! Did you come here alone? Did you know how dangerous it is for a schoolgirl like you going to this place without any companion? You could get lost!” Ara said strictly.

“I’m sorry… I don’t want to interrupt other people’s schedule…” Jennie said while pouting.

“Fine… but don’t do it again or I will make you transfer back to New Zealand!” Ara said.

“No! I promise! I won’t do it again!” Jennie said and she helped her sister to carry her luggage and put it inside a cab.

In the taxi,

“Jenjen… what do you say if we went shopping first and then we’ll go home?” Ara suggested.

“Shopping? Why?” Jennie asked.

“I want to buy a gift for grandma” Ara said and Jennie nodded. She told the driver to take them at the best shopping mall at Seoul.

At the mall,

Ara and Jennie kept going from shop to another shop. Ara went to a dress outlet and jennie start teasing her.

“Are you looking for a cute dress to impress Suho oppa?” Jennie said and Ara gave her a death glare.

“Shut up!” Ara said.

“Just admit it!” jennie said.

“Fine, whatever!” Ara said and Jennie start fangirling over it.

“Unnie, I’ll help you out don’t worry!” Jennie said while searching the whole store for the perfect dress.

“Unnie, try this!” Jennie said while holding a cream coloured dress filled with flowers pattern.
