CHAPTER 31:WILL EVERYONE BE OKAY?

The next morning,

Jennie was getting ready for school in her room. Her grandma knocked on her door and she opens it.

“Grandma, what are you doing here? Go back to your room and rest. I’ll prepare breakfast soon” Jennie said.

“Oh, I think I’m getting better today. I’ll go check out the restaurant today and I already prepared breakfast” Grandma said.

“You don’t have to do that” Jennie said.

“No, I’m okay... Now quick! The food is getting cold” Grandma said.

“Yes, I’ll be there! You should go first!” Jennie said and quickly put on her uniform and brushes her hair. She ran towards the  kitchen and have some breakfast with her grandmother. After that, she quickly went out of the house and ran towards the bus station.

-Jennie’s POV-

Dammit! I’m late! The bus is leaving soon. I fasten my pace and saw people getting on the bus. I let out a breath of relieve as I manage to get there in time. As I was getting on the bus, I saw Taehyung already on it and he was sitting at back next to a window. He didn’t even bother to look at me. He’s still going to act like that then… I went to the other seat and the bus driver drove us to School.

As we finally reached school, I quickly get off the bus before anyone else does. As I was walking towards the school gate someone walk pass me.

“You’re late” Taehyung said and walk pass me. He left me to walk behind him. I just ignore him and went to my locker to grab my books.

“Jennie! You came!” Eunha greeted me.

“Oh, Eunha!” I said.

“Where have you been? The teachers have been questioning about it because you guys were absent that day” she said.

“What? What do you mean ‘you guys’?” I asked.

“I think everyone would knew if the popular kids in school were absent… They thought you guys was in a riot or something” She explained. I chuckled.

“Why is it so serious? We’re just busy with our personal life… Come on let’s go to our class” I said.

"Sure..whatever you say" Eunha said.

We walked together to our classroom and split up in the middle because we’re not in the same class. I walked inside the classroom and saw Taehyung laughing and talking with Jungkook and Jimin. He looks normal…then why does he acts different with me. I sat next to Jisoo.

“What happen yesterday after you reached home?” I asked.

“About that… as I was expecting…he got mad and his ‘business partner’? well… I managed to make them felt a bit disrespected.” Jisoo said.

“So, you’re good?” I asked.

“For now, yeah I’m good… but I’m grounded for 2 months so I can't hang out or stay at school for too long” She said.

“That sucks!” I said. Jisoo chuckled.

“don’t worry, Rose and Lisa is here to be your partner” she said.

“I guess I’ll just stay at home for 2 months too then…” I said.

“Why?? Is there something happen?” she asked.

“I won’t be fun without you” I said.

“I know,*cuckles* but you have him…right??” Jisoo said while pointing at Taehyung.
