CHAPTER 16: RIVAL

Eunbi’s pov

I’m really unsatisfied seeing Taehyung with Jennie today. I hate her so much. I wish I put an acid in that cup instead of hot coffee. Urghhh… I walked inside my house after went shopping with my friends at the mall. I saw a car infront of my house.

I know exactly who’s car is that. It’s my cousin’s car Kim Jisoo. My parents aren’t at home right now.. they have a meeting overseas and I’m living alone as I was the only child in this family. But it doesn’t matter because I live in wealth and my house is huge. I have a lot of money to buy anything I want except for love.

Years ago, I tried using my wealth to get Taehyung’s attention but I failed. It was working but then he become hard to get and I know exactly why… it’s because of Jennie Kim! Hearing her name already make me sick!

I walk into my house but I didn’t see any jisoo’s figure. My parents always told jisoo to keep an eye on me. She’s like my sister now and I hate it! She can scold me anytime she want and my parents won’t be mad at her. I walk upstair to my bedroom then I saw her standing there. She’s staring at me right now. I put my bags on the floor.

“Why are you in my bedroom?” I said while staring back at her.

“I really can’t leave you alone for one day isn’t it?” jisoo said.

“what? what did I do? You just got here what did you even know??” I said.

“You think I’m stupid Eunbi? Why did you hurt my friend at school?” Jisoo said in anger.

“Who’s your friend? I didn’t know her” I said while crossing my arms.

“Jennie! Jennie Kim! Someone told me that you threw a hot coffee on her after her performance…”jisoo said.

“It’s what she deserve after ruining my chance with Taehyung!” I raised my voice. Jisoo came near me and slapped my face. I screamed in pain and held my cheeks that turns red.

“And that’s what you deserve for treating people badly for some stupid reason” Jisoo said.

“Yah! Kim Jisoo you can’t do this to me… you’re my cousin! You should be on my side! Not her!” I screamed.

“even if you’re a part of my family, things that you do are wrong! I’m telling your parents about this… they might transfer you to a new school” jisoo said while dialing a number on her phone.

“are you threatning me right now?” I asked her.

“No, I’m teaching you a lesson… see? Should I proceed?” jisoo said while showing me her phone screen that’s showing my parents number. I don’t want to move to another school, I won’t get a chance with Taehyung if that happen… I hate her! Why is she even my family?

“Fine! I won’t do that again!” I said then she smirked.

“you should be… don’t forget to apologise to her tomorrow… I’ll be there…” she said then left my room.

Since jennie came here everyone starts to throw a lot of hate on me.. even my own cousin! This can’t be happening! They always said I’m the one who cause it! What’s that? I’m the bad guy? She’s the one who’s ruining my life but I’m the bad guy? I can’t take this anymore! Jennie’s gonna pay the price.

TOMORROW AT SCHOOL,

Everyone was busy talking with their friends at School. Some of them are running around the halls and some of them are busy with their books. Jennie hugged Jisoo when she saw her in class. She kept repeating the word
‘ I miss you’ at Jisoo and she felt so happy and weird at the same time.

Then, Eun bi came inside the class room and she just glare at Jennie. Jisoo has an eye on her.

“Yah, did you saw that new student? He’s so handsome…” a girl said when she walk into the class with her friend.

“I know right! I bet he’s going to be popular very quickly….Aish.. I should’ve talk with him earlier!” her friend said and they kept talking about the new student.

“the new student is here?” Namjoon asked the girls and they nodded.

“Yeah, we just saw him… he’s probably in the next class though… that’s a pity…” she said.

Then, they saw a male figure walking across the hallway through the class door. The girls starts jumping excitedly.

“That’s him! It’s that guy!” the girl said.

Everyone look outside the classroom to see the new students. They were shocked to see the new student visual. Everyone kept saying that’s “He’s so handsome!”. Jungkook was frozen then he walk to Taehyung’s desk and patted his shoulder. He leans closer to Taehyung and whispered

“Hyung…. Isn’t that…”

“Yes jungkook… it’s Taeyong…”
