B. Loski's Point of View"Sorry, but the number you've called has a voice message box that has not been set up yet. Goodbye." The voice spoke, monotone. I groaned, hitting the phone against a wall, "Fuck!"
I placed the phone back, sitting down on the chair I had moved next to the phone. I let out a loud groan, "Fucking hell!"
"Hey little brother, what's your damage?" My older sister asked, walking down the steps. I looked up at her, "I'm not in the mood Lynetta. Seriously."
Lynetta smiled down at me, "You know, I'm not totally evil." She commented. I shrugged a little, "It's just not something I want to talk about."
She sighed, sitting down on the staircases across from me. She smiled softly, "Odds are, I've gone through something like this."
I sighed, "It's Naomi, but it's really all my fault.
Now, she won't talk to me. At all." I told her. My sister furrowed her brows as she laced up her shoes, "Jesus, what'd you do?""I was— with some friends..." I began to tell her the stupid story, one I greatly regret.
"Seriously, What is the deal with that Naomi chick? Her and her friends. Such losers." Jacob commented, resting his head back on the couch. Sarah laughed a little, "Totally. She is so bland too. I mean, what girl wears jeans? Everyday!"
Garret laughed as well, "She's such a weirdo."
They all turned to me. I sat up a little, "Uhm.." I started, what am I supposed to say? She's amazing. But, I can't say that. I looked around, "Oh... she's is pretty odd. I mean, she probably likes girls. She has never shown any interest in anything but herself. I mean, she's mute. Is she too good to talk to us? Well, I wouldn't wanna talk to anyone if I looked that boring anyways."
What the fuck? Why did I say that? I believe none of that! None! None! None! None! None! Why? I'm such an idiot! What the hell! Are you mad? You don't believe that!
"Oh my god! Wow! That is terrible Bryce." My sister commented, standing up. I nodded, "I know. I'm evil."
My sister shook her head, "You're not evil. You're just an idiot." She informed me. I chuckled a little, "Idiot is an understatement."
"I mean, if you care about her. Then just give her some time. She needs it. To think." Lynetta said softly, resting her hand on my shoulder. I looked up at her, "I do care about her. More than anything else."
