After that was done they both went and lay down for a while before going for a nap contemplating what the future may hold for them.

Now

Skipping 8 1/2 months ( tsuna managed to deal with the pre-eclampsia, toxaemia and hyperemesis gravidarum)

The twins were worried, over the past few months Tsuna has hardly had energy to move and today was their birthday. Since the day that Tsuna collapsed in the hallway everyone had made sure to keep a close eye on him.

Kurai was sat in the bedroom with Tsuna brushing the brunette's hair out of his face when the brunette groaned in pain. He brunette opened his eyes and clutched his stomach before turning to see Kurai looking at him with slightly wide eyes.

He smiled slightly trying to ignore the pain and said through clenched teeth "Kurai baby could you go and get your father and tell him to call shamal please and tell him to tell shamal to hurry please" the blond haired male nodded before running from the room quickly.

In the board room

Byakuran was currently on a video call with Enma who was at the park, at the moment when the door was slammed open, Byakuran looked up to see a panting Kurai and his eyes widened slightly. Enma who heard the loud bang raised an eyebrow and was about to say something to the albino when said albino spoke up "Kurai what are you doing here? You're supposed to be with your mother"

The red head heard the boy reply "no time for that Call Shamal and tell him to come quickly" and his eyes widened as did Byakuran's eyes. Byakuran was about to pick up his phone when Enma said through the connected electronics "I'm near the school I'll go now and get him" before the devices disconnected. Byakuran went quickly with Kurai to their (his and Tsuna's) bedroom and saw his fiancé looking as if he was in agony.

Kurai walked over to his mother and sat on one side while Byakuran sat on the other side and both tried to help and ease the pain that the brunette was in slightly. Byakuran looked at Kurai and said "did you know if it was this bad for him in your original time line" Kurai shook his head and said "No, it wasn't this bad something's are different and whatever those differences are it is causing kaa-san a lot more pain than before." Byakuran nodded and said "you should call your sister don't worry about tsu-chan I'll be here if he needs anything, but I think you should at least let Ayame know"

Kurai looked at his father and nodded before walking out of the room and heading to the hallway that was silent and started to call his sister who was over visiting nana and Giotto. After a few rings did the person on the other end pick up "Hey Kurai what is it that you need?" he heard a few explosions going off in the back ground and sweat dropped before saying "you need to get back here right now, I think kaa-san's gone into labour, we've already got uncle Enma getting Shamal from the school as we speak but you need to get back now" the albino haired female dropped the phone after hearing her brother's statement, as the phone hit the floor all of the explosions ceased and all of the occupants of the room turned to look at her.
