They slowly opened the door and looked up to see.....

Now

As they looked into the room the groups eyes widened, the most shocked however were Ayame and Kurai when they noticed that not only were their baby selves their but also a third child. "Kaa-san H-h-h-how?" Tsuna shrugged and said "I assume that from your original time line I ended up having triplets however the youngest didn't make it and I just never told you or your father. But you both have a younger brother now." The twins smiled and Kurai looked at the baby version of himself and said "it feels weird knowing that I am looking at myself" Ayame nodded and the adults all chuckled.

"How long do you have left in this time?" Enma asked the twins. They both looked at their watches and Ayame replied "2 months until we return to our time" the red head nodded and Kurai turned towards his mother and asked "Kaa-san, you never told us but what is our little brother's name?" Ayame turned to her eyes away from her little brother and looked at her mother expectantly the rest of the guardians also wondering as well.

"We named your brother Natsuno Enma Gesso" Byakuran said to the twins who smiled at their little brother was now being held by Kurai after Enma passed him over for the twins to see their brother.

Meanwhile at the sawada residence

The group had just recently finished their tort-tutoring with reborn and were all now sat in the living room relaxing with a cup of their favourite drink. A knock at the door was heard and Giotto was about to go and get the door when he heard his mother shout "I got it" before turning back to doing what it was that he needed.

Voices were heard and they heard two sets of footsteps. But figured whoever it was they were there to visit Nana. Giotto's intuition was telling him to go and find out what was going on so he stood up with his now empty cup and started to go to the kitchen.

Once he walked into the kitchen he saw Shamal and nana both sat at the table both looking at him. "What are you doing here? Has something happened with Tsuna?" Giotto asked the doctor. Nana looked at the doctor for an answer and the man sighed and said "in a way yes" both Giotto and nana looked worried and Shamal noticed and said "nothing worrying, that I can assure you of" the two Sawada's seemed to relax slightly and looked at Shamal to explain.

"Tsuna has had the children" Shamal said to the two and their eyes widened and Giotto said "was that why Kurai called Ayame earlier telling her to return to the mansion?" Shamal nodded and said "yes but there is one thing that is confusing them this time" nana asked "what do you mean?"

"Well it appears that instead of Twins Tsuna has had Triplets" Giotto's eyes widened and nana's smile widened and she said "so I have another grandchild?" Shamal nodded and nana squealed. Giotto looked at his mother with a sweat drop forming on the side of his face before saying "do you think that they would be alright with us going over there?" Shamal nodded and said "to be honest I think that they are expecting you to come that is why Tsuna asked me to tell you instead of them coming here. That and I have put Tsuna under strict bed rest" Giotto's eyes narrowed and he said "why?"
