#OPPOSITE: When Love and Hate Collide

Chapter 13

“Arvin, gising...Gising na.”

            Naalimpungatan ako sa aking mahimbing na tulog at bumangon sa aking walang humpay na pananaginip.

            “Ah, nandyan na pala kayo. Maaga kasi akong pumunta rito,” sambit ko sa nanggising sa akin.

            “Art wants you in his office. May sasabihin daw,” sambulat ni Jorge sa akin mula sa pagkakatulog.

            “Talaga! I’ll be there in less than 5 minutes.”

            First time in the history na ipinatawag ako ni Art. No one had ever come to the EIC office except he himself only. Nabatukan yata ng sandamukal na bato si Art sa mga ikwinento ko sa kanya kahapon.

            “You are looking for me, Art?” usisa ko sa EIC namin.

            “Yeah! Please, seat down,” magiliw ang pagpapaupo niya sa akin. Without hesitation, umupo naman ako.

            “I ask Carla Mae kanina and she found your article. Siyempre, a good magazine should have at least explanation or cover story for it to strengthen the theme. That is why, I am asking you to furnish your story because it will be used as a cover story,” paliwanag ni Art sa akin na walang kagatol-gatol.

            So dahil sa aking pang-teleseryeng story, matatampok na siya sa magazine namin. Oh, come on! Once in a lifetime. Seriously? You are joking me? Nakaka-flatter naman ang sinabi nito. Baka naman babagsak ang sales because of this. I hope not.

            “Sure, why not. I will do it. I have the draft in my computer so I should go to my office now,” sagot ko kay Art.

            “No problem. Thanks in advance.”

           

Arvin’s Post

 

I saw her AGAIN.

But now, she didn’t know me.

The world rotates so fast that she forgets me that fast.

I hope memories will be back.

Long time no communication, Monica. Yeah, I saw him and she didn’t know me anymore. I don’t know what happen but I believe it is hate that collides in this relationship that we had.

Tama ka dyan, dady Pat. Marahil, mayroon talagang nangyari. I hope this will be investigated by the three of us. I miss Norrain very much. I think she flew away when she graduated.
