After lunch we have free hour. They want us to mingle and get to know each other better. I am sitting all alone. Apparently Bell, Beth, and Julia had been to camp before and wanted to catch up with there old friends. I hear footsteps coming from behind me and I turn around to find Jacob standing there. He grabs my hand and pulls me up. He doesn't let go of my hand.

"Do you want to go for a walk?" he asks.

"Sure," I say.

He walks me to a large grass land with flowers growing everywhere.

"You seem to know your way around pretty well," I say.

"Ya I have been coming for the past 3 years," he says.

"Cool," I say.

He sits down pulling me with him. He looks into my eyes. It's eyes are so beautiful I get lost in them.

"So. Tell me about yourself. I hardly know anything about you," he says.

"Um. Okay well my full name is Emily Rose, I turn 16 in a week from today, I like to read, my favorite color is blue, and I love the outdoors. What about you?" I ask.

"Well my full name is Jacob Gold, I'm 16 as of May 13th, I also enjoy reading, my favorite color is green, and I enjoy your company," he says.

I begin to blush. How can a boy this cute like me? I'm just an ordinary girl. Then the bell rings letting us know it's time to return to our cabins.

"Well sadly we must be going. It was nice to see you again," he says smiling.

His smile is amazing. He then stands up pulling me up with him.

"One last thing before you go. What cabin are you in?" he ask.

"Bluejay. What about you?" I ask.

"Snow plant," he says.

Then he kisses my cheek and walks away. I head back to my cabin and I can't stop smiling.
