The next day is boring. I can't go to school, but they do let me go home.

After school ends I get a text from Jacob:

Movie tonight?

I text back:

Sure. What time?

He replies:

An hour?

I reply:

Sounds good but will you pick me up down the street. I don't want my parents to know anything yet.

He texts back:

Yeah. That's fine.

I get ready and walk down the street to meet Jacob. When I get there I wait for a couple minutes then he pulls up.

I get in the car and he says,"Hey beautiful."

"Hey," I say blushing.

I expected him to go the the theater but instead he pulls up at this house. It must be his house. I get out of the car.

"Don't worry my moms not home," he says.

"Now I'm worried," I say.

I follow him inside and up the stairs. He takes me to a room at the end of the hall.

"This is my room," he says. The room isn't very big. It mainly consists of his bed and a tv. We sit on his bed and he puts on The Notebook. Neither of us has ever seen it. The movie is extremely sad. Jacob notices a tear sliding down my face and wipes it away. His face is so close to mine if I were to just lean in a little.. I do and so does he. Our lips touch softly until it grows into something deeper. We both end up sitting with our legs wrapped around each other. It is right then in that moment that I realize I still love Jacob. I don't tell Jacob I'm in love with him yet. I need to sort some other stuff out first.

He takes me home and asks to hang out tomorrow. I say yes. When we get to my house he kisses my cheek and says,"Goodnight Gorgeous."

I blush and say, "Goodnight."

I go inside and lay on my bed. My last thought before I fall asleep is did I just make my decision?
