That night I'm sitting at home getting ready for Mason to pick me up. While I'm going through my stuff I come across a letter, the letter. From Jacob. I get lost in thoughts of him. I miss him so much! I wonder if Mason feels that way about me. Sometimes it seems like he does, but other times I'm unsure. Jacob is gone. I need to stop thinking about him. Suddenly I hear the doorbell ring. I open the door and standing there is Mason. He has on a blue button-down. It makes his eyes look brighter.

"Hi. You ready?" he asks.

"Yeah," I say then I follow him to his car.

He drives and parks at what must be his house. It's really nice. We hop out and I follow him into the woods by his house. After a while the trees begin to disappear and we come into an opening. There is a pond with a grassy meadow surrounding it. Flowers are growing everywhere.

"I told you there were a lot of flowers here," he says.

"It's beautiful," I say.

We look at flowers for the next couple hours. He is such a beautiful artist.

When it gets dark he asks,"Hey do you want to go see a movie."

I hesitate for a minute. I'm defiantly not over Jacob, but I really like Mason. He's mysterious, kind, and very handsome! I can't dwell on the past, I have to move on from Jacob.

"Sure," I tell him.
