JACE POV
I wake up expecting Clary in my arms. I open my eyes and see a pillow in her place. I don't hear a shower. and I can see her phone on the nightstand. I look towards the bathroom. My eyes widen. I sit up frowning. "Stephanie?!" I ask surprised.

"Hey babe" She says.

"What the hell are you doing here?!" I ask.

"I just wanted to see my boyfriend" she says.

"Where's Clary" I ask. My heart was pounding 1,000 beats per minutes.

"Oh, that annoying red head? Don't worry, i got rid of her. I told her we were engaged....By the way, thats not such a bad idea, Maybe we should get engaged" Stephenie says. I feel my whole world Crash and burn. I just fixed the Lardass thing....now this?! Fuck, she must be destroyed.

"Why the fuck would you do that?!" I ask. I stand up.

"Wh- Baby, " She whines.

"NO" I yell. "YOU CRAZY BITCH!" I yell. "SHE WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN MY LIFE! SHE WAS MY EVERYTHING! AND.....BECAUSE OF YOU...." Tears poured down. Clary won't forgive so many things. "She is my everything" I tell her. "That's it." I say. I go to the hotel phone and phone 911.

"911, whats your emergency?" The operator asks.

"Hi, I have a Crazy girl here claiming to be my fiancé" I say.

"We'll be right there sir" The operator says. A few minutes later Police officers arrive. One of them clicks their tounge.

"Stephenie Doris.....This was your last warning....Im sorry sir, Stephenie has been held in multiple Mental institutes......she will be held there permenantly from now on sir" The officer says. I nod, I was sitting on the bed with my jeans and a t-shirt.

"That won't take away the damadge...but thanks anyways" I say. They take Stephenie away. The officer sits down next to me.

"What happened?" He asks. I look at him. "What? I got a degree in psychology" The officer says. I sigh and try to hold in my tears

"I got engaged....to this...." Tears fall down. "Amazing girl......and now....well" I say slapping my thigh. "I lost her because of....of this" I cry.

"Well, go talk to her" The officer shrugs. I stand up and run out of the room. I take the stairs and practically trip down the stairs. I run out of the hotel, i start running to her apartment. I stop when i hear whimpering. I look to my left. I die at the sight of Clary. She was staring at her engagement ring. Her hand covering her mouth. A choaked cry escaped her lips. I slowly walk towards her.

"Clary" I say. She slowly looks up, Hate was clear on her face. She slowly stands up. She looks at me with Hatred, pain, heartbreak, and worst of all, Love. She still loves me, which means, it hurt her more. Then she slaps me. Hard. Everything then gets quiet.
