JACE POV
I was peeking through the shudders as I saw the red head girl talk with that black haired boy. I didn't like that boy. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Someone says scaring me half to death.
"AHH, SHIT CLARY YOU SCARED ME!" I say my hand clawing at my chest. Clary puts a hand on my shoulder.
"Jace....are you spying on Val and her boyfriend?" Clary asks moving me too peak at the shudders.
"He is not her boyfriend" I say, my teeth grinding. Clary rolls her eyes.
"It won't take long for him to ask her out......" she sighs sadly. "Jace....imagine if Val would have died.....imagine if I hadn't saved her....what would've happened?" Clary asks. I for one couldn't imagine my life without Val...She was a part of our family. I pull Clary into my arms and rest my chin on her head.
"But it didn't....you saved her....that's all that matters" I say. Clary sighs.
" I guess your right" she sighs. I kiss Clary's head and then her cheek. "I love you" She says looking up at me as if it surprised her.
"What? Did you forget?" I ask jokingly.
"Yes" She says my jaw falls open in shock.
"Ow....that stung.." I say. Clary giggles and pulls me in to kiss me. "I think I'm gonna have to make you never forget that you love me" I whisper.
"Mmm......like what?" Clary asks.
"Like giving you the day off kids" I whisper seductively in her ear. Clary gasps and pulls away looking at me.
"Your kidding? Jace if you're kidding I swear I'll murder you!" Clary says. I grin.
"Not kidding...." I say. Clary squeals and jumps into my arms. She wraps her legs around my hips.
"Oh my god! Your the best husband EVERRRRR!!!!!!" Clary says as she kisses my nose and lips.
"I love you too" I say kissing her her. I start feeling really hot. How is it that after all this time...since I was 16 (almost 17) to all the way when I'm now 38 ......I still feel attracted to her twice as much as I did before.

CLARY POV
I could feel Jace....I look down at him blushing. How is it that after he has seen me barf, birth three kids, been gross...he still looks at me as if I were the sexiest woman on earth. I love him so much. I kiss him and he grips my hips. He carries me up stairs he gently puts me on the bed and kisses me.I intertwine my fingers in his golden locks. I moan lightly, he growls in return.

I lie on Jace's chest and look up at him. I smile at his closed eyes. His hair was tousled and tangled. His lips swollen. I move his hair gently off of his closed eyes. I smile at his beautiful angelic face. I caress Jace's sleeping face gently. I then close my eyes and fall asleep to his light snores.
