CLARY POV
I didn't want to face Dr.Montgomery telling me my baby was dead. So I am going to do something that has been on my list. I go inside Moria Mental hospital. I see the lady and the man who snapped at me for talking to the crazy woman. "Hello.....Remember me....Clary?" I ask. They look at me confused. I roll my eyes. "The lady I talked to....you told me she was off limits...I need to speak with her" I plead.
"I'm sorry....She's off limits."
"Please....I just need her to answer one simple question" I plead. The man takes a deep breath.
"Fine" He says simply and we go back to where the living room is. The woman was the only one there. The nurse left us alone.....Unlike when I talked to Stephanie.
"Hello Clarissa" The woman says as she gets up.
"How did you know?" I ask her.
"About what?" She asks innocently.
"About my baby" I say.
"Oh but it's not a baby.....is it?" She asks.
"Ok please just tell me" i beg. "Please, you are really freaked by me out and..." The woman pulls my hair back behind my ear.
"I have taken a liking to you my dear Clarissa" She says and looks into my eyes. "I am a voodoo lady" she says. I frown. "It's my religion sweet child. I can sense the amazingly positive vibrations you have. I know you are in a dark place right now. But it will get better"She says. "Now,child, calm yourself down and let the voodoo gods decide your destiny" She says happily. I laugh a little. I thank her and walk out of the mental institute, feeling lighter than I did before.

I was back in the hospital. Dr.Montgomery comes up to me. "Clary...you're back! Listen, your baby is ok....you can go and see him again if you want" she says. I smile at her and nod. I go into the room where the baby is. I sit down and stroak the baby's arm with my finger.
"Listen,I know you're scared, because, you came out into this cruel world way too early" I say. "But, even though you're here, afraid and small and sick. You are still the bravest person I have ever met. Sure, some people may say that you took the cowards way out...But, as I look at it. You stepped outside of the comfort zone....and now.....now you need to live with that....you need to survive my baby...you need to" I urge. I stop stroking him. "I need to go see your father....and tell him about you, but I will be back my angel" I smile and walk out of the room. I went to the room were Jace was lying. He had casts and his eyes were shut right. I felt tears prick my eyes. I sit down next to him on the chair. I grab his hand.
"I am......so sorry, this is all my fault, everything....Jace....I wanted to tell you that....that one of our babies was born....yes jace, we're having quadruplets..." I laugh a little. "And you need to stay alive for it....wake up for it because I need help, please Jace you need to wake up and stay alive....please" I kiss Jace's knuckles and look at his ring. I smile and pull a lock of hair out of his eyes.
