○ The person who tries to keep everyone happy often ends up the loneliest○

3 days later~

*School*

"Wonder above wonder, I still haven't thrown myself out of the window yet." Fay thought to herself,  as she turned in her assignment, and walked out of the science lab "Even more wonderful is, that I still can act normal to all of them, and haven't seen Risa for three days straight without a notice."

Fay knew Risa would find her, herself when she thought it was time. This basically meant whenever she wanted to, or whenever she had calmed down.

Usually Fay would convide in her brother for everything, and try to clear things up for herself at least, but due to her own problems, she couldn't even bring up the slightest care, or energy to call him out.

If she could, she would've talked about it to Risa, but right now she knew Risa had no energy for other peoples love problems either

Fay thought it would be easy after she broke things off with him, but it was painfully real how much they had to interact with each other.

During musicals practice or some classes, his presence was always obviously and plainly there. She avoided eye contact, not wanting to see how he was doing, and she was looking forward to the day were their contact would become less because of exams.

"Lunch time." Fay thought, looking at her watch "The unavoidable has to happen."

After it was decided that they would be one class for the play, everyone made it a habit to sit together during lunch, and Fay knew she was bound to meet him.

"Wish I could eat my lunch outside, without people jumping to conclusions." Fay walked to the canteen with dreading steps, preparing herself mentally for everything that might come her way.

When she walked into the canteen, immediately Eun Jin started waving at her and the whole group's attention got focused on her.

"Grrrreat!" Fay was mentally screaming, as she forced a smile on her face, and walked to the table with a heavy heart.

She felt Daniels gaze almost pierce through her, but she ignored it, keeping herself strong for the sake off her self respect.

"It is a surprise he hasn't tried talking to me yet." Fay thought slightly wrily, he was moping around longer than she expected.

Just when Fay sat down and was about to greet the girls, a grumpy voice behind her stopped her.

"Oi bitch, hold it there," Risa said, approaching the table with a doomed face. She plopped down infront of Fay and glared at her.

"Did those two get in a fight because of you?" Jisung whispered in Daniels' ear, but the other male just shook his head in denial.

Jisung had been questioning this since the moment Risa had called in sick the day of musical practice, and Fay's weird behavior around all of them, since a few days ago.

"Why didn't you wait for me this morning?" Risa's voice turned sharp, as she glared at Fay.

"She sounds scary." Daehwi gasped, slightly scared but Fay was unfazed by it.

"You said you couldn't look at my face, so I made sure you didn't have to." Fay calmly answered, unwrapping her sandwich from it's foil.

"So you just do as I tell you?" Risa asked indignantly "You don't care about me?!"

"Girls are complicated." Baekho commented looking at the scene.

"Get off my case you arse." Fay retorted her voice becoming sharp too, "Either way you would have reacted the same, so just suck it. You weren't at school for 2 days and yesterday I thought you had died, don't have expectations from me, when you yourself cut off human contact."

"What's gotten you so salty?" Risa crossed her arms in front off her chest "For your information, it was that limp dick of a family member of yours that suddenly decided he got cold feet! After seven years!."

"Are you sure, they aren't going to swing fists in a while?" Jinyoung asked with big eyes, looking around for a teacher.

"Seven years off what?" Woojin questioned confused.

"Let's be prepared just in case," Dohee mumbled, ready to pull them apart at any moment.

"Missy keep me out of your love bullshit okay?" Fay immediately said "You fall in love, you fuck it up. Your choice, not mine, your taste was that limp."

"Easy to say when your life's going well." Risa grumbled calming down a bit, and noticing Fay's sour expression, "But you sound like you got fucked over too."

"Oh did I?" Fay asked sarcastically, putting down her sandwich, as her appetite left her, "I'm at this point in life, where I can trust no piece of shit walking around here! why would you even think I got fucked over."

"What I hoped wasn't true, did really happen." Seongwoo thought immediately, looking at Daniel who's face was the epitome off hurt, regret, and helplessness.

Daniel only had told his friends it was over with Fay, and he only did that, after they had questioned him. They noticed Fay's weird behavior during the musical practice, and the confronted him about it. Yet he had never given them an explanation, why it was over.  Mainly because he himself still didn't realize how it all went so fast. 

That day Risa had clearly told him, it was Fay's ugly handwriting in the letter. So he didn't understand how she found out. He couldn't even get close to her - emotionally and physically, except for musical practice, as she had totally closed herself off from him.

Somewhere in his head, the thought of his friends blurting it out occurred. Daniel had shrugged it off on second thought, as he did not want to, and didn't dare to ask them about it. As of now, he had enough problems to deal with and didn't want more.

"You know what this calls for?" Risa asked as the both of them got up from the table. Fay already knew what she was going to say.

"Oh heck yes I do." Fay said, trying her hardest not to catch Daniels glance after her outburst right now "Let's go!"

As the two off them left without an explanation, the others were totally left in confusion.

"Were they fighting, or what did I just witness?" Soljin asked confused, looking around the table.

 "I don't know." Hana just shook her head "I seriously don't."

"Is it me, or have the two of them been acting weird since a few days ago?" Jihoon asked carefully, giving Daniel a side glance.

"Yeah, I noticed too!" Dohee immediately nodded her head enthusiastically "Risa's less cheerful, and Fay seems constantly lost in thoughts, almost as if something else is going on in their lives."

Minhyun and Jisung exchanged glances, and the both of them shared one thought "We need to tell him."

They had seen Daniels situation getting worser and worse. He would fall asleep more during class - a sign he slept less at night, and his face was constantly in a sullen state. As well as the fact, that the contact between him and Fay decreased drastically.

"We owe him an explanation." Jaehwan thought as a guilty feeling was eating away on him.

"If it is us, who sullied everything for them then we have to help mend it." Guanlin lost his appetite, just by the thought, and he started playing with his food in a distracted manner.

"We could try to help them next time we see them." The girls started discussing, as each of the boys got lost in their thoughts...
