○ Stars can't shine without darkness ○

Since they had decided on their play, two busy weeks had passed in the blink off an eye. Before they knew it, Fay and Daniel were almost dating for a month.

Fay had finished the script within a week, and immediately her classmates could start designing the clothes and set. Meantime they had also planned out time in the weekend, to practice the play. Because the time after school, was barely enough even if they stayed till late at night.

Trough out these weeks, Daniel and Fay grew closer and closer. Their cafe dates have almost become a daily thing, and even in the weekends they met up to go to the cinema or just a park date. From time to time, Daniel would fall asleep during a movie, but Fay wouldn't mind at all. When they couldn't meet up, they kept contact trough messages.

It seemed like the true purpose off the love letter was forgotten until that fateful week arrived were everything turned upside down...

*School*

Late at night~

"Fay!" Daniel whispered. peeking around the corner off the classroom door.

Fay was sitting on the ground, with a few other girls discussing how to fully utilize their stage.

"Fay, Daniels calling you." Dohee tapped Fay - who was too indulged in her work,  on the shoulder and pointed at the door.

"Oh?" Fay dusted off her pants, and walked towards him "What's wrong?"

"Can you help me with a few off my lines please?" Daniel gave her a pleading look.

Immediately Fay gave in, and looked at the girls behind her "Would you mind if I left for a short while?"

"No not at all!" Soljin immediately smiled at her, giving the other girls a knowing look "Please go ahead."

"Okay, be back in while." Fay left the classroom with Daniel, and immediately the girls started murmuring excitedly.

"Risa, what is going on between those two?!" Seohee asked, with curious eyes.

"Who knows?" Risa gave them a mysterious smile.

"It would be so nice if they were dating." Eunjin sighed with a dreamy look "They look so cute together."

"One things for sure, they definitely have that chemistry." Haruka commented with a firm nod.

"Only time will tell I guess." Dohee said looking at the door...

*Corridor*

"Niel were do you want to practise?" Fay asked him, as he kept on walking endlessly.

"A very special place," Daniel answered vaguely, as he started walking up the stairs leading to the roof.

"Really the roof?" Fay sighed, very known with the stairs.

"Oh come on Fay." Daniel grabbed her hand, and dragged her along "Don't judge before you've been there."

"Daniel~" Fay whined, "Why the rooftop out of all places? It's a cold night."

Just the Daniel threw the door leading to the rooftop open, and immediately she fell silent.

"Oh god." Fay slightly gasped looking up at the sky.

"Yes god." Daniel grinned cheekily "So, what do you think miss. Complaining?"

Without saying a word Fay let go of his hand, and took a few steps forward, looking at the night sky with big eyes.

Content with the reaction, Daniel went ahead and sat down on the blanket he had prepared beforehand leaving Fay to herself.

"You remember?" Fay finally broke the silence, looking back at him.

"Of course I did." Daniel did a peace sign "You said you wanted a star gazing date so I prepared this."

"Thank you." Fay murmured getting shy. She plopped down next to him and wrapped her arms around herself.

Despite it being early spring it was still fairly cold, and she shivered lightly. Only wearing a t-shirt didn't help much either.

"Despite it being warm at day, it's still chilly at night." She said, moving her hands up and down her arms to create warmth trough friction "I should've worn my sweater."

Immediately Daniel unzipped his sweater, seeing that she was shivering, and stretched out his arm. He engulfed her under one side off his big sweater, and wrapped his arm around her tightly, pulling her in to his side.

"Woah you scared me!" Fay yelped surprised, as she was now warmly nuzzled in to his side.

"Sorry, you just looked so cute, I couldn't help myself." Fay felt the vibrations off his laugh trough his chest, and it was somehow soothing.

"Oh really? big surprise that I look small to you." Fay gave a sarcastic remark, as she looked up at him not amused "It's not like I'm 15 cm smaller than you or something."

"I think it's cute that you are small tho." Daniel kept on laughing at how cute she looked when she was feeling offended.

"Don't laugh!" Fay softly hit his arm "I'm serious."

"Alright, alright I won't call you short anymore tiny temper." Daniel got a mischievious look, knowing very well what he was doing.

"Don't even start Kang Daniel." Fay narrowed her eyes at him "You know very well what you are doing."

"What am I doing then munchkin?" Daniel put up his most innocent face.

"That's it I'm leaving." Fay facepalmed, but she made no move what so ever to follow suit to her words.

"I know you won't." Daniel wrapped his other arm around her too, caging her against his chest.

"You better be happy I won't." Fay sighed, leaning back against him.

"But Fay, I seriously am going to call you one off these nicknames you know." Daniel warned her, as he started playing with their fingers.

"Why?!" Fay asked startled.

"Because it's sweet." Daniel said in a duh voice.

"Well it better not be related to my height then." Fay warned him "Or I'll tape your lips together."

"Then how about I think up a few nice ones, whilst you get my script." Daniel bit his lip, hoping she wouldn't get mad.

"What do you mean?" Fay asked turning around immediately, in that quick movent their noses brushed against each other, and she quickly pulled her head back slightly "Wow can you be more obvious?"

"I forgot it in class," Daniel said, trying to ignore the hurting fact that she pulled her head away from him.

"Your kidding me right?" Fay sighed already standing up.

"Pretty please!" Daniel begged with his hands folded together.

"Those nicknames better be good." Fay warned him, before stomping off "And I'm only doing it because you remembered our stargazing date!"

"Why did you have to react so surprised?" Daniel questioned himself, as he plopped down on his side on the blanket...
