"Niel, why did you cover my eyes since we arrived in this street?" Fay slightly whined as they were moving with baby steps.
The moment they had gotten of the bus stop, he had covered her eyes with the excuse that it had to be a total surprise for her, and that she couldn't even see where they were going.
"Because I want it to be a surprise," Daniel whispered, his cool breath tickling her ear and Fay shivered despite the warm spring night.
"I hope we get there soon." Fay sighed slightly.
"Actually only 2 more steps and I'll remove my hands," Daniel finally enlightened her.
"Oh finally!" Fay let out in relieve because soon she could walk by herself again.
"Allright, here we are!" Daniel marveled at the sight of his own idea and creation.
"Why is it so silent if we're in a restaurant?" Fay questioned the suspicious silence surrounding them.
"I rented a very special place for you." Daniel still didn't move his hands, finding fun in the situation "We're V.I.P's tonight."
"Won't you remove your hands please?" Fay appealed to him in a sweet way.
"Allright, in 1....2...," Daniel started counting down with a speculating voice, "...3!" on cue he removed his hand and Fay froze at the beautiful sight in front off her.
A small table positioned underneath a tree, inbetween different kinds of plants, was set with romantic table lights and diverse dishes.
The tree was decorated with small lanterns, with a vintage chandelier in the middle, giving the whole setting a magical feel. The table was quite hidden away from the surroundings, which made it even more intimate.

"You....you..." Fay stammered totally overwhelmed, she had wanted to keep today casual but he had to go out of his way again for her.
Daniel looked at her with expectation, as he wasn't quite sure if she would like it. For him, it was the first time he had fussed about a dinner date so much.
"Well, she's not any girl." Daniel corrected his thoughts quickly "She's Fay."
"You jerkface!" Fay's sudden exclamation pulled him out off his thoughts with surprise.
"Huh?" by far this was the least expected reaction from her.
"I told you not to do anything special today! Didn't I?" Fay looked very dismayed as she put her hands on her hips.
"How could I not?!" Daniel protested just as fierce, "Isn't it normal to pamper the girl you like! Besides, it's the first time we're having a whole day date!"
