¤ My favorite place is inside your hug ¤
After their first show became a great hit the news and rumors started spreading very quickly. The second day they didn't even need to promote much and people voluntarily came to get a leaflet from them. Even teachers had heard of the news and the theater was jam-packed for the second show.
The Nayana ad-lib scene had been a great hit and they decided to fully implement it into the play. After the first show had finished and after they had relaxed a bit around the school with a few people - mostly females, asking for photos with the cast, they had stayed behind to implement the Nayana scene properly and made a run through. Only after this had been done were they able to head home satisfied.
"Woah, I didn't expect it to be such a hit!" Daniel exclaimed as he and Fay walked side by side on their way home.
"You best believe it, cause the females swarming around for a photo with you are the proof of it." Fay chuckled as she took in the fresh evening air.
"Hmm?" Curiously Daniel lowered his head to look at her face and asked, "Are you jealous?"
"Do you want me to be?" Fay cocked her head at him too.
"No, you don't have to, because you know there is no reason to be." Daniel shrugged trying to hide his disappointment.
"What's that for stupid ass answer." A laugh bubbled up from Fay's throat en she slightly hit his arm. "It's very obvious you want me to be jealous!"
"It's because I can't seem to ever get you jealous!" Daniel protested with a groan as he rubbed his nape out of embarrassment.
"Trust me, Niel, there are plenty of times where I've been jealous. It's just not in a way you would expect." Fay reassured him as she hooked her arm through his and rested her head against his shoulder.
"You're not going to tell me when are you?" He questioned her with a skeptical look.
"I'll tell you one," She held up her finger before explaining. "I get jealous when I think about the two years in high school I missed out on seeing you, and where we weren't in the same class. I get jealous when I think about the people who've known you since you were freshmen."
"Then the same goes for me!" Daniel immediately exclaimed, not wanting to lose to her in terms of who could be more jealous. "I get jealous when I think about the people who knew you in middle school."
"We're two fools together huh?" Fay giggled as they continued their way home...
~ Two days later ~
As expected the three days of the school festival flew by in the blink of an eye and soon it was time for the night where they would sleep at school. Just as Fay and Daniel had promised each other, they spend the festival times with their friends and enjoyed themselves to the most.
After the festival had officially closed its doors on Friday, the principal firstly requested the first and second years on stage - who had prepared a surprise thank you and farewell present for the graduating seniors.
At first, one-third year started crying and soon everyone followed as they came down from the euphoric festival mood because of the touching speech and song from the first and second years.
Soon everyone managed to calm down and they proceeded to clean everything up and break down the stalls. Most of the third years had their parents drop off their bags with their sleepwear, toiletries, and a change of clothes.
Despite the slightly sullen mood from before, the teachers managed to liven up the mood during their dinner bbq by playing happy and summery songs in the background. They also performed crazy cooking shows unknown to the students before and lifted their mood without them even noticing it much.
