Sun and Rain go together very well

"Good job there!" Daniel complimented Fay as he stood behind her and massaged her shoulders.

Fay was currently scrubbing of the black ink stripes on her hands, and let out a sigh as his massaging eased up the tension in her arms. "Thanks, Niel, but what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be helping out with the painting?"

Daniel noticed how her tone was somehow sharp but decided to brush it off and stated, "Not everyone was done yet, and to be honest I'm not the best painter out there."

"Niel, I'll be back in a few minutes! Just go ahead of me and help them out." She stressed the importance of helping them as she tried to make him go back.

Something in his easy and laid back way of talking about their preparation didn't sit well with her.

"A few minutes here with you won't do anyone bad." Daniel shrugged as Fay was drying off her hand, "See you're almost done."

"Daniel, stop slacking of and just go back." Fay sighed as she turned around and didn't seem to notice how blunt she sounded. "I can tell by now when you really don't want to do something, but that's not fair towards the others."

"I'm not slacking off!" Daniel replied slightly offended, "I meant it when I said that not everyone was as quick as you. Besides they wouldn't mind me cheering you on for a bit."

"They might not, but I do." Fay retorted crossing her arms infront of her chest.

"What do you mean?" Daniel looked taken aback for a second.

"Me and Risa were the ones who came up with these ideas, and we're the ones who need to guide and help everyone eles." Fay explaines curtly, "How do you think it would look for the others if I made them work hard, and let you slack off?"

"Can you cut it out with the "slacking" off accusation, because I'm definitely not!" Daniels tone turned sharp too, "I know you really care for this project and that you take a lot of responsibilities but aren't you overreacting a bit too much?! I was just trying to care a bit for you."

"Fine call it whatever you want, but I'm not overreacting Daniel." Fay pointed out with a frown, "There are certain times for certain things and this is definately not the time to be an intimate couple."

"God damn Fayre, you're acting like we're in battle and I almost fucked up the whole shabam." Daniel brushed a hand through his hair frustrated, getting very irritated now too.

"Some of us do take this very serious and we do carry this last class project close to our heart, because it's our last project together." Fay put and emphasis on 'last' as she avoided Daniels gaze with an anxious feeling clutching her troath.

"Okay, so now you're saying I don't care about this project or our last memories?" Daniel didn't raise his voice but it was clearly evident in his expression that he was mad, "Fine, you know what? All I need to do is paint right? I'll go back to class now and I'll stop caring about you because you don't need my damn worry right?"

"I never said that!" Fay protested but he ignored her and walked past her.

"Must be though to be an idiot like me." Daniel grumbled under his breath but Fay still heard him, "Why did she blow a small thing so out of porportion. Woman are crazy."

Fay bit her lip and surpassed aloud yell before taking a deep quivering breath. The last thing she had wanted to happen now was getting into a fight with Daniel, but she wasnt able to stop herself.

After taking another deep breath she walked back into the classroom and put up a forced smile, whilst avoiding Daniels gaze.

"Finally you're back!" Risa stated as she held up a fully painted sign, "Look!"
