"Witnesses say they heard arguing around zero one hundred. One woman says she saw two men arguing in the street." Tony speaks up.

"He's got previous, had a fight with his CO although the report doesn't say what about."McGee then tells him.

"He's got a wife, here's her address." I say holding up a post it note.

"Right McGee, Dinozzo visit the wife." Gibbs tells them.

"Megan, Files, Look through them. Ducky reckons the killer is between 5"9 and 6"1. Look over them see if anyone had any issues with our petty officer."Gibbs tells me.

I grab the files from his desk and sit down at my own desk. I flicked through a couple but I couldn't really concentrate since something was happening with one of the other teams.

"Go on, Go." Gibbs says bringing me out of my staring into space.

"Thanks Gibbs." I say picking up the files along with a pad and pen to write down any findings.

I walk along to interrogation put a blanket at the window and close the door so I wasnt disturbed. I took a file and looked through it. I'd been popping back and forth to use the computer on the other side of the interrogation room glass. However there was a knock about half anhour or so later followed by the director coming in.

"Agent Brown, What are you doing in here?" She questions.

"Working on potential suspects." I tell her.

"Are you interrogating?" She questions. Does it look like I'm interrogating,There's files in here and no suspect to be seen.

"No, just working on the case." I reply.

"Well that's what we have got a squad room for. This is a misuse of resources. An interrogation room is not a pop up office for you. Back to the squad room." she tells me angrily.

I gather my files without a word and trudge back to the Squad room but the amount of work I can get done automatically decrease since I'm now on edge with the amount of noise and people in here.

"What you doing in here?" Gibbs question which gives me a heart attack since I didn't even see him walk in.

"I've gone through all the files." I say rummaging through my things to try and find my notes since my minds gone blank. I pick up the pad and then look at Gibbs.

"Ok, around 10 marines on the petty officers base with in the height bracket. Four have been written up for fighting in the past but no known grievances with the petty officer." I tell him.

"Good work, why you back up here?" He questions.

"I can't keep using it as my own personal office. I'll be fine now." I tell him but Gibbs just stares at me.

"You jumped out of your skin when I walked in and you can't stop watching everyone."Gibbs says clearly not believing me and honestly I couldn't blame him.
