The nightmares have been getting increasingly worse and somehow I have managed to convince myself that Ari is still alive. I keep thinking I see him everywhere. The flash backs are becoming more frequent and I am not sleeping anymore, unless I grab a nap at work the only place I feel safe anymore.

"MEGAN" I hear Tony practically shout at me.

"WHAT!" I fire back.

"I have called you like 20 times. Director wants to see you in her office." Tony tells me.

I make my way upstairs and over to the directors office.

Tony's POV:

I'm sat working at my desk when Ziva the super hot Israeli comes in and sits at Kate's desk.

"What are you doing here?" I ask her.

"I'm part of the team now." She tells us confidently.

"What?" Me and Tim question loudly.

"Oh Gibbs hasn't told you, Mossad have assigned me to Ncis as a liaison officer." Ziva tells us handing over the paperwork signed by director Shepard.

"You think Gibbs knows?" I ask Tim.

"He would have told us." Tim replies.

"Anyone got a key for this?" Ziva ask gesturing to the draws on the desk.

"That's Kate's desk." Tim replies.

"I'm going to need somewhere to sit though." Ziva tells us.

"I agree but just don't let Megan catch you sitting there." I advise her.

"Why? What's she going to do?" Ziva asks.

"Well the mood she's been in lately, she's liable to kill you." I tell her.

Before anything else can be said Megan walks into the bull pen.

"Stupid Gun training. Apparently I don't know how to use it." Megan huffs before her eyes fall upon Ziva and all hell breaks loose.

Megans POV:

I walk back into the bull pen after my 'meeting with the director'.

"Stupid Gun training. Apparently I don't know how to use it." I huff the rules were stupid. That's when my eyes fall on Ziva who is sat at Kate's desk and the anger boils up inside of me.

"What are you doing here? And why are you sat there?" I ask impatiently.

"I'm part of this team now." Ziva explains.

"It's been what 2 weeks and we're already replacing her. Wow the director really doesn't give a shit about us." I rant.

"They're not replacing her Megs, no one ever could." Tony tries to reassure me.

"Ok but they are trying, she sitting at her desk, probably got her badge and gun too." I reply and Ziva slowly hides the badge which only confirms my suspicions.

"Well I'm sorry but I've been assigned to your team and I can't change that." Ziva apologises.

"Fine! But you ain't sitting there." I tell her.

"Well where would you like me to sit then?" Ziva asks.

"Don't really care, find another empty desk, sit on the floor, whatever just not there." I reply.

Ziva hesitates for a minute looking over at the boys who I've only just noticed are staring at me.

"Get out of her chair! You're not Kate and you never will be." I shout at Ziva who jumps out of the chair as I sit down at my own desk.

Tim helps her find another desk and then take her down to HR to get her log in information. I log on to my own but when I look up Tony is glaring at me.

"What?" I ask harshly.

"Nothing." He say putting his hands In the air.

"Do you think you were a bit harsh with her?" Tony asks after we have been silent for a couple of minutes.

"Don't even go there." I say running a hand through my hair and then resting my elbows on the desk and putting my head in my hands.

I knew deep down that Tony was right but she reminded me of Ari and brought back all the memories causing me to flip out at her.
