It's the next morning, none of us had left the navy yard, Tim was down on a protection detail with Abby. Gibbs having taken first shift last night, then went straight to the directors office. Me and Tony were working away at our computers when he finally came down.

"Right, no one leaves the building, an attempt was made on the directors life last night, we now know the killer to be Ari Haswalli." Gibbs tells us before leaving.

"Ari as in the guy who entered in a body bag and tried to kill Kate, Gerald and Ducky?" I question.

"Yeah, You going to be ok?" Tony asks me.

"Yeah, I'll be fine in a minute." I mumble.

I heave my tired aching body out of my chair and walked around the building, I've pretty much walked everywhere whilst mumbling 'Ari' over and over again. Half of me knew he killed Kate half of me still blamed myself. I'm still walking and mumbling when I walk into Tony.

"Coffee, the rubbish stuff from the canteen but it's the best I can do." Tony says handing me a cup of coffee.

"I want to be a sitting target." I announce surprising even myself.

"What?" Tony asks.

"I'll go home, sit and wait. Ari will come after me, wanting me dead and then you guys will come and arrest him." I explain.

"That's insane, what if we're to late and he ends up killing you?" Tony argues.

"Then at least we tried. Tony we have to do something, we can't just keep waiting around until he strikes again." I say.

"No, there is no way that Gibbs is going to agree to that." Tony shakes his head.

I wanted so badly to argue with him right now or to just walk out but deep down I knew he was right. As much as I hated waiting around we couldn't risk loosing anyone else.

Me and Tony sink back into our work when someone comes in.

"Who are you?" I ask.

"Ziva David, looking for special agent Gibbs." She tells me.

"He'll be back in an hour. Anything we can help you with?" Tony asks.

"Nope." She replies.

She chucks her bag on the floor and takes a seat at Tim's desk. Her and Tony talk for a bit, I'd even go as far as saying he was flirting a little, but then that wasn't unusual for Tony. I go off to the conference room to get us all some coffee but when I come back Ziva and Gibbs are arguing while Tony looks on in confusion.

"What's going on?" I ask in a hushed tone.

"She's a Mossad officer here to stop Gibbs killing Ari." Tony replies.

"What?" I say rather loudly gaining the attention of Gibbs, Ziva and the director.

"He killed one of our team and tried to kill many others and you're hear to bail him out!" I question.

"Ari has not tried to kill anyone. He did not kill Kate this is a misunderstanding." Ziva replies.

"Misunderstanding?! This is unbelievable!" I yell back.

"Dinozzo, Take Meg up to the conference room." Gibbs tells Tony.

"I'll sort this out and we will catch Ari." Gibbs whispers as I walk past him and upstairs with Tony.
