Nashi's dead

So, I was bored, and apparently chewing on plastic McDonald's lids have the same effect as oranges, so, take some Fairy Tail angst.

Specifically, what would happen if Nashi died during her coma.

Lucy would stop going on jobs, planning to give her keys to Igneel, but ended up giving them to Iggy after Igneel hung himself.

Ashlynne tried to kill herself about a month after Igneel and Nashi's death, but Natsu and Lucy made her promise to never kill herself, even after they were dead.

Iggy would start calling herself 'Ignia', because it kinda sounds like 'Igneel'. She'd start showing her eyes as their natural pink, instead of their usual brown and onyx. She'd stop showing kindness to everyone, in fear of her getting too attached and losing them too.

She started looking more like Nashi, wearing Nashi's old clothes, switching from her bracelets to Nashi's lockets, growing her hair out and putting it into a ponytail on the side of her head, things like that.

Natsu and Lucy ended up having twins about a year after Nashi and Igneel's deaths, a boy and a girl, who they named 'Nashmeira' and 'Igneel'.

Iggy then started letting more people in, slowly but surely. She grew extremely attached to the twins.

Ashlynne tried to distance herself from everybody, and almost didn't join the guild, but, Natsu and Lucy convinced her to join, with Sylvia's help, but, she's almost always on a mission. Never stays at the guild for long.

Iggy became extremely skilled with her celestial magic, and Sapphire ended up giving the Pisces and Libra keys to her, because Yukino had no use for them anymore, since she stayed at the guild trying to help Lucy, and none of the Eucliffe kids could use celestial spirit magic.

Iggy gained the title 'Celestial Princess', and by the age of twelve she was about as well-known as Fairy Tail itself. When something said about Fairy Tail, you could usually hear something along the lines of 'Oh, the guild that the Celestial Princess is in?'

Iggy's signature move is the white flame lotus, a play on Natsu's attack, but with white fire, which does far more damage than regular fire.

No one ever told Nashmeira or Igneel about who they were named after, and neither of them understood why everyone was so sad all the time.

Or, until Ashlynne came home once, just to grab another job, but Nashmeira stopped her before she could leave, and ended up crying and clinging to Ash for half an hour, promising to never leave.

Igneel is angry at Nashi, for some reason, but then again, Igneel is angry at everyone, he's basically this dimension's Karkat.

Ashlynne started spending more time at the guild after Nashmeira stopped her, and Ash told her about Nashi's death.

A year later, Silver couldn't take it anymore and ran away, no one ever saw him again.

A few years later, The whole guild was in confusion, trying to figure out why Ashlynne hadn't appeared to age more than a month in eight years, or, since she was twelve. With Levy and Lily's help, they came to the conclusion that Ashlynne was immortal.

Ashlynne started to distance herself again, not wanting to see these people die, when she would live forever, and considered leaving the guild, but Laya, Sylvia, and Gildarts talked her out of it.

Lola died during a job, but Luke brought her back to life, at the cost of both of their magic.

Ignia died at eighteen years old by the hands of Firefly, the same organization that killed Nashi.

Ashlynne ran away to Alverez, and found Silver living somewhere in the woods, but his mind had been so corrupted by guilt and sadness that he could barely recognize Ashlynne. He tried to kill her, a few times, before completely giving up.

Silver lit his house on fire and sat peacefully in the middle of his room while the fire ate away at him.

Nashmeira and Igneel were devastated, having lost all of their siblings, even the ones they didn't know about, but they kept on acting like they usually did, trying to get rid of the dark aura around the guild.

It never worked though.

Nashmeira started going by 'Nashi', and tried to act like she always head the first Nashi act, but it never worked to cheer people up, but the guild admired her for trying.

Nashi and Igneel would take on jobs together, having powerful magic identical to their namesakes, plus some stuff Ignia taught them.

They moved on to S-class, finally found Ashlynne, who apparently was living in the Alverez castle, she had just made Zeref and Mavis promise to not tell anyone she was there, since she knew people wouldn't be back for birthdays anymore.

Everything was at peace until people started dying of old age.

Ashlynne finally returned to the guild after she heard about Natsu's (second) death. Second to go was Lucy, then Juvia and Gray, then Gajeel, and Levy. Slowly but surely, the parents had died of old age.

The next gens had grown up, the older ones with their own kids.

Ashlynne had only appeared to age a year in the time she was gone.

Bla-bla-bla, I only thought this far, hey, did you know that Lucy is 44 when the FTNG book takes place? Yeah, she is.

So, anyways, here, take this angsty shit.
