Bill glanced up from the newspaper one morning, on his and Harley's day off, to see her in a summer dress and a light cardigan over the top. "Going somewhere nice?" He asked her as she kissed him good morning. Bill had let her sleep in, knowing sleep was one of her first loves.

"I just fancied wearing a dress, that's all. I'm always wearing shorts and shirts, I wanted to change it up a bit." She replied, giving him a spin. "Have you eaten?"

"Yeah, I was going to wait but I was quite hungry."

Harley tutted and shook her head, "How rude!" Bill let out a small laugh, placing the paper down on the table as Errol smacked into the window.

He sighed taking the letter and tipping the owl. "It's from mum and dad." Harley sat down at the table, crossing her legs, her bowl of cereal rested in her hands. "Dad's got us all tickets for the Quidditch World Cup this summer! He's got one for you, Harry and Hermione too."

Harley coughed, choking on her cereal. "You're joking!"

Bill shook his head, "Ireland versus Bulgaria!"

Harley grinned, "That's amazing!" She then frowned, "but that must have cost so much. Let me pay your dad for my ticket."

Bill looked at her seriously, "Mum has added a little note to it. 'Don't let Harley pay us for her ticket', dad has contacts which has scored us the tickets cheaper, love, it's fine. See it as an early Christmas/birthday present."

Harley sighed, "fine! But your parents are getting the best and I mean the best Christmas present this year, because this is amazing! I have been wanting to go to a Quidditch World Cup for like ever!"

Harley began to gush all about past world cups and the Irish team which was who she would be supporting. Bill just nodded and listened, seeing her happy was one of his favourite things and quidditch sparked a glint in her eyes. Her smile was brighter than ever and it was bringing back memories from school and how the captain of the team let her give pep talks because she was more passionate about the sport than the captain was. It really confused him as to why Harley wasn't made captain.

"You would have made a great Captain of the team in school." Bill told her once she stopped herself from rambling on.

"No I wouldn't, that's why I didn't take it."

Bill furrowed his brows, "You were offered captain but turned it down?"

She nodded her head eating a bit more of her cereal, "I couldn't handle the responsibility. I love quidditch but the thought of having to be responsible for the team, planning practises, booking the pitch and actually getting people to listen. I would not be good at that."

"But if McGonagall believed you could-"

"-I look up to the woman but I just couldn't."

Bill nodded in understanding, reopening the paper. Harley finished her breakfast, washing up what she had used before standing behind Bill and leaning in his shoulders. He had left his hair down for the day and she ran her fingers through it. She patted different sections randomly and twiddled it about in between her fingers.

Stopping running her fingers through his hair, Harley pulled his seat further away from the table and crouched down, popping up between his arms and sitting on his lap.

"What on earth?" Bill asked still reading the paper over her shoulder. Harley turned and sent him an innocent smile, leaning back into his chest and pointing at the newspaper.

"She's ugly." She Commented. "Rather toad-like."

"That's Delores Umbridge. All she wears is pink. I passed her many times when I had to be messenger for Gringotts and go to the ministry or when I met my dad after his shift finished." Bill explained, "she's even uglier in person."

Harley giggled and read over another article in the paper about Sirius Black. The picture of him looking deranged in his cell was frightening to see. It wasn't what he remember him to be like. He was not the kind-hearted drama queen that amused her when she was young.

"Do you miss it?" Asked Bill, who had noticed what she was staring at, "Your childhood?"

Harley shrugged her shoulders, "parts of it. The times with Remus, Aunt Hope and Uncle Lyall, yes, because no matter what it was fun. Even when Aunt Hope was sick, only now looking back on things it was so obvious but at my age I didn't know. I miss the summers where Remus and his friends would be there and how they helped me prank him sometimes.  But at the same time, they're sad memories too. What about you? Do you miss it?"

"A bit. But when I was younger Ron, and Ginny were babies. So were the twins and they were even louder then. It was mainly just Charlie and I, Percy likes to do things himself and by himself, as I am sure you have noticed. As much as it was fun, it's better now because they are all old enough to take a joke and throw a playful punch." Bill told her. "Of course, Ginny is never at the receiving end of us play fighting. I would never punch her, joke or not. She's my baby sister, and as sexist as it sounds, the boys are boys and I would never hit a girl. Unless, it was extremely necessary and she had done something against my family."

"You are big softie aren't you?" Harley smiled. "So caring and thoughtful."

"But that's what you love right?"

"Of course, you may look badass but you are total pushover."

Bill was shocked, "Pushover?!" He cried as she jumped up. Before he could register anything he found himself on the floor after Harley had pushed him.

"See! Pushover!"
