TW:

Bill jumped the last three steps and rushed over to Xavier pulling him off of Harley, punching him in the face twice and making him fall to the ground. He climbed in top of him and kept punching him, Xavier's nose began to spill with blood along with his lip and his eye began to bruise.

Harley was crying on the sofa, tugging her t-shirt and jeans back on. Xavier had pinned her down, ripping hem off of her body and smashing his lips with hers, his hands travelling down her body towards her private area. She was exposed, other than when she was a baby and being changed by her family, the only time she was exposed was when showing her scars to Bill. The man she trusted.

Her clothes were like a wall. They hid what she didn't want anyone to see, her scars, her bruises, her life. Xavier just broke that.

He violated her.

He had torn her walls.

Literally.

The girl was shaking with fear, her knees pulled tightly to her chest. Bill finished punching Xavier, who was now unconscious. Her turned around to Harley and his heart broke. She had pulled herself into a tight ball keeping herself small as she attempted to hide herself.

Bill wiped his bloody knuckles on his trousers and hurried over to Harley, wrapping his arms around her protectively. "Shhh, it's okay. He can't hurt you. He can't do anything to you." He whispered as she sobbed, his hands running through her hair.

Bill felt horrible. If it wasn't for him asking her to flirt with Xavier. This wouldn't have happened. He didn't need to be the one to look in the rooms, he could have just returned and kept Xavier out of the way himself, letting Harley look for the portrait. But no. He had to be the one to do it and now look at what happened.

He didn't know if he would be able to forgive himself. Harley was broken enough and now, now she was even more broken. Like dropping a vase you had already glued back together and the pieces becoming shards. Bill didn't know what to do.

Someone had to be alerted of what this evil scum was doing. Bill was pretty sure he had done what he had attempted to do to Harley to all of those girls in the photo album.

"I'm getting Roger here." He told her. Harley shook her head. "I need to. He needs to be locked away."

Bill sent a patronus to his boss and cradled Harley until Roger arrived, Asa with him. "Bill what seems to be the problem?" Roger asked not noticing Harley in his arms.

Asa has noticed, however, "Harley?" He questioned, he crouched down in front of the girl whilst Bill stood up to tell Roger what had happened. Asa went to hug the woman who flinched and backed away. "What on earth has happened...why is that guy unconscious and bloody?"he pointed to Xavier.

Roger turned back to Bill who had resized the book and handed it to him. "I don't know if this is any use. The portrait is in my pocket as well. He-he tried to strip, no, he had got her into her underwear whilst I was looking for it." Bill stated solemnly. "I think he may have got further with the girls in that book."

Roger gasped, "Merlin's beard! Right, I will get some aurors here immediately. Get Harley home in the meantime, I'll have the portrait and the book. You might have aurors around to ask questions later on, but for now, try and look after her."

Bill nodded lifting Harley into his arms and wrapping her legs around his waist. He dissapparated, landing in their bedroom. "Do you want to change?" He asked her, his voice quiet. She nodded, "do you want me to leave?"

Harley didn't know. She trusted Bill. But at the same time she didn't know whether she wanted him to stay or not. Bill took her silence as a yes and moved towards the door only for her to grab his wrist. "Don't." She murmured.

Bill nodded and sat back on the bed as she changed in the bathroom. She brought the ripped clothes back with her and Bill took them from her, placing them onto the drawers. "I'm sorry." He said causing her to look up from her hands, her tears still running slowly down her red cheeks. "I shouldn't have asked you to flirt with him. Or stay with him. I saw the way he looked at you it was disgusting. I'm sorry. And if I hadn't been nosey and decided to look through some other things rather than just leaving  after I got the portrait, he might not have got to where he got."

Harley didn't look at Bill. In a way, he was right. Yet, she still shouldn't have agreed. She shouldn't have flirted with the man. She should have just spoke to him not flirted in any way.

Well, actually, Harley didn't flirt. She just said his eyes were very blue and thanked him for his compliments. But to her, she still thought she was flirting. Plus, what's to say, Xavier wouldn't have done what he had even if they weren't in the situation they were in?

"Harley, do you want you uncle and cousin?" Bill asked her, "I can get them for you?"

She shook her head, "no."

"No?"

"I don't want anyone other than you." She cried and latched onto him. Bill held her tightly once again, rubbing her back. "Please don't leave."

"I won't, Harls, I promise. I'm so, so, so sorry."
